2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Matthew Kent is an amazing and trustworthy salesman. We came to a great agreement on a new vehicle and I was ready to sign, but sales manager, Emanuel Mizzi denied my coupon code that I received thru their dealership. I proved to him that the code is valid, thru the FCA website. He would not listen to me nor would he read the coupon, all he tried to do was talk over me, despite the legitimacy of the incentive code. Since then, I have contacted FCA directly. I will be receiving a reply next week. I am very disappointed that one person at Feldman has the power to compromise the outcome of Matthew's guaranteed sale to becoming a no sale and a guaranteed bad review. Ross

Outstanding Service Department
I bought a used Jeep Liberty and it started to overheat, I contacted dealership and Keith from service called me to discuss exactly what was going on and had a tow truck pick it up to be looked at, they quickly found the problem and fixed it and explained to me exactly what occurred and how it was fixed.
