This visit on August 3 was excellent. I originally had this service appointment scheduled for July 21, but when I drove to the dealer that day, a CSR met me in the bay door and said that there was an electrical issue and that they could only do the oil change that day and I would need to return for the tire rotation at another time. I don't understand why I wasn't called at home and asked to reschedule. I can understand that there was a problem with your electrical equipment, but I should not have had to drive there to find this out.

Came in for oil change. Got me in and out in under an hour. Great work! While waiting they had coffee available and new chairs to sit and wait comfortably. Nice touch!!
