2020 Chrysler Pacifica
Took car in for oil change, didn't need one but they discovered nail in tire because tire pressure was low Fixed it with a plug. Service attendant was extremely nice and efficient!

Fine work
I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and for what I thought was a nail in the tire. They found it was not a nail and sis not charge me.

Colin our service rep posses tact and diplomacy. I have personally watched him defuse a hostile customer situation by staying calm and using reassurance that the matter would be handled quickly and in a prompt manner..
