ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE! They clearly took advantage of my elderly mom. My mom bought a car in November of 2025. When purchasing the car the sales rep TRAVIS BERLIN said there were 2 keys. After signing paperwork, and walking out the door he said there was only one he could find but to call him and he would help us get a second key. After MONTHS of calling with no return calls on getting the extra key, I flew from out of state two weeks ago and starting calling to get some help. Richard Suarez-SALES MANAGER said he would call me by end of day to help locate/get a key, no call back for 10 days. In the interim I called and happened to get in touch with TRAVIS BERLIN and he told me he remembered my mom because she "ROASTED" him on his survey. THAT WAS A LIE. My mom never did a survey and wouldn't even know how to. Regardless, unprofessional to even say that to a customer. Travis said he would look for the key and get back to me by end of the day. NEVER CALLED BACK. I finally drove there in person and Richard Suarez - Sales Manager, proceeded to laugh at me in front of several sales rep, said it wasn't his responsibility to provide an extra key on a sold used car. Even though we were told at the time of purchase there was 2 keys. CLEARLY took advantage of the elderly. Richard offered to get a key for my mom for $395 after months of calling and being dismissed! What an insult. I have never been treated so poorly when dealing with a dealership, terrible communication, accosted on the phone about a survey by a sales rep, AND as a female being laughed at (by Richard Suarez - Sales Manager) in front of 4 other MALE salesmen was disgusting at best, I wonder if he would have talked to my husband that way? AVOID THIS PLACE! They are dishonest at best.

I would like to take a moment to recognize my service advisor, David Kostas, for his truly exceptional professionalism and dedication. From start to finish, he demonstrated a level of courtesy and attentiveness that immediately stood out. He was not only extremely polite, but also genuinely engaged, taking the time to listen carefully and ensure that all of my concerns were fully understood and addressed. David's diligence and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and making sure there were no surprises. What impressed me most was his willingness to go above and beyond--he didn't just do his job, he made sure every aspect of the experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. It's rare to come across someone who consistently exceeds expectations the way David does. His commitment to outstanding customer service, combined with his professionalism and positive attitude, made a lasting impression. I truly appreciate the effort and care he puts into his work, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and dependable service advisor. OUTSTANDING!!!

I bought a car here DESPITE their sales tactics. I asked for an out-the-door price, and they refused to give it. They asked over and over what I wanted to spend a month. I responded over and over that I just wanted an out-the-door price and we could figure out financing later. (If you don't know why this is a problem, look it up.) At one point, they asked me what I thought the final price would be! I finally lost my temper and called the front desk. I was handed off to an experienced salesperson who I told flat out, "I know this tactic and I'm not playing. Giving me the out-the-door price or I will walk." This guy worked with me. Why did I buy a car from a place that won't give you the price? I bought when there was not much available, and they had exactly what I wanted, so I was willing to hang in there. Then when it came to financing and they presented me with the interest rate, I asked what the buy rate was. The financing guy rolled his eyes and walked off. (Unprofessional, but he was probably tired since they kept me there till 9 pm.) He eventually called me back to finish the process, but he never did tell me the buy rate. I went ahead and bought the car and then paid it off three months later. There are plenty of other dealerships like this (I talked to a few), but Courtesy's stubbornness and unwillingness to give me the info I wanted was impressive. I never took my car in for the free oil change they gave me, because the experience was so bad. Also, yes, they put on all the stupid add ons with inflated prices. I didn't want them, so they reduced the sales price equivalent to the add on price. The dealership owner wants to see add ons, so they have to do that. If they got positive reviews, I'm sure it's from people who got screwed over and just don't know it.

Great experience. Worked with Bailey Sullivan. Everybody should take notes. He listed to our needs and was not pushy. He was knowledgeable on the cars and trim levels that we were looking at, and was great to talk too. He even made my teenage son smile.

Not a good experience unfortunately. Take your car to an independent mechanic before you buy anything, double check the mileage vs the paperwork
