Purchased a 2020 Ford Transit van in Sept. 25, for 20k cash. Drove for a approx a month. Driving for 30+ years, I hear the transmission acting up. At work one, cold night, The vehicle wouldn't go in reverse. I go back to the office, explain to them the tranny's going/gone. I was told I had to pay for the tranny!!! And on top of that, finance another 9k to still not get the vehicle I wanted. I really feel they deceptively sold me the vehicle knowing the tranny was about to go! SAD! A straight cash deal, and still no honesty! I had a miserable holiday season thanks to these guys. Sure theirs was good though. They have NICE LOOKING cars. BUT BUYER BEWARE! Especially watch the crooked smiles. I thought these guys were better than that! Even after the fake reviews, I gave ar a shot because they were young, local guys, making good! NOT!! HOPEFULLY, I save someone the aggravation I went through. And Karma for ar motors is, maybe 3-4 people that reads this review, will direct their financial energy el$ewhere! Maybe not in the car business, but in life, YOUR HONOR, & REPUTATION MEANS EVERYTHING!! 😉
