Good experience. I alway dread shopping for new car. But this place was really good. Total time there 90 mins. No high pressure, you gotta add paint coating or other high price add ons. No games No playing with your interest rate. Overall a very pleasant experience. My salesman, aka experience guide, was just that. He wasn’t selling me anything. The price is the price. Period. They show you the CarFax. They show you what the car you are buying is appraised at through Kelly Blue Book. And my price was 7k lower. Trade in value on my truck was reasonable. Go see Arnold Ochoa. Echo Park made the car buying experience seamless. This is a fabulous company!! There were no long drawn out sales pitches or high pressure selling. I was greeted immediately and within minutes Riki, my salesperson, began helping me unlock cars so I could look at them. I test drove two cars (without a salesperson in the car directing my every move allowing me to truly test drive the car) and found my dream car. I left in about an hour after finding my car. The finance application was simple and paperwork drawn up quickly. I was given options to add a warranty with gap, and a separate interior and/or exterior package. Complimentary drinks are provided. No pressure by a separate finance person to buy options. Riki handled the entire process and provided me with all my options with costs associated. The process was extremely smooth. My car was washed and detailed and I was on my way!! Echo Park provided a 190 point inspection and they stand by their 1000 mile limited warranty. I had a flat tire and called the warranty department who immediately made an appointment. They got me in and out quickly and honored their warranty by replacing my tire at no cost. I would definitely recommend Echo Park for reasonably priced vehicles under 60,000 miles and 5 years. They have tons of options and a number of luxury cars. From the friendly manager on site, fabulous salesperson, and exceptional customer service, this car buying experience was the best I have ever had. Riki even checked to see how my car was doing a few days after my purchase. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Hi I wanted to write a review for EchoPark Automotive in Avondale , AZ, because I want everyone to know how great this dealership and the staff at their location is. I was preapproved for financing through another company and was looking at a Camaro the other dealer had, But I wanted to get a good price for my 20+Yr trade in, so I went online requesting a quote. They contacted me via text and asked if I was just selling or using it for trade, and I told him that if this was a perfect world this is what I was wanting to do- he apologised telling me the only thing he had at the moment was a mustang convertible. So I asked them if they were having to decide between a camaro or a mustang, they replied a mustang followed with what seemed to be a sales pitch, so I replied with basically calling him out saying that I was serious and that I wanted an honest answer, the next thing he sent me was just a picture of a mustang. Then he said that was his own personal car!!! And the entire purchase was not only smooth, but I was offered good terms , in fact they went to the company that approved me and they negotiated for me a better APR, as well as accident and inflation coverage, the trade in amount was generous and then they even discounted the extended warranty. Manny was who I messaged with most often but I also chatted with David too. But tbh, everyone there was great to chat with, and they were great at explaining the breakdown of the costs. In fact they sent me an actual picture of the finance terms, the actual document, was sent to me before I even had to go to the dealership. They scheduled me to come in based on my schedule and were still very accommodating when I called to say that I was a couple hours behind. When I got there my car was waiting for me, and they showed me what I wanted to see then they went through the paperwork with me to sign, and It was the same document he sent me a picture of, there was nothing extra added or needed, the price they told me over the phone and all the numbers were the same. I went home in my new (2017) Mustang Convertible with a huge smile on my face the whole ride home. This entire process and everyone that was involved in this prlurchase were just amazing...so much so that I recommend to everyone and anyone to buy from them. I could Not have asked for a better vehicle, and I know that there is a team better than this one...so when you get there make sure you tell them I said "Hi, and tell them I said thank you for making this the best birthday I have ever had."!! Manny, James and Chris were extremely helpful with the entire process of buying my first car. They made sure to answer any questions I had in the most honest, trusting way.
