Had a solid experience at Gerdts Auto and thought I'd share...Found the truck I wanted online. Went over to look at it and had a good time test driving and checking out all the details. It was a salvage title. They were up-front and transparent about this. Which made the process enjoyable and I was able to get the truck I wanted at a price that I could actually afford. We worked mostly with Art, the finance manager. He was very down-to-earth and made the paperwork and financing portion smooth and painless. He answered all of our questions with patience, and ensured I felt confident before finalizing the deal. I absolutely hate buying cars (with a passion) but honestly have no anxiety over our time at Gerdts Auto. My truck had one small issue with the exhaust. I took it back and it was fixed right away. Since then I've had months of worry-free use out of the truck. Which is to be expected with a toyota. However, sometimes you just never know with a salvage rebuild. I work on a lot of cars with all my kids. I've been over the truck many times and have found zero hidden issues. Or things that were not fixed. They put in the work to make it whole again, and I am super happy. Easily recommend this place to others. Hope this helps someone.
