Mazda of Gladstone had a large variety of models, trims, and colors available making it easier to find what you like. The sales team was very helpful and welcoming. We went first to look, and we got to see everything we asked for. We said we needed time to think about what we want and there was zero pushback from the team, like, “what can I do to get you to buy a car now?” Bob, our salesman, and the sales team made a great impression with their customer service. After we bought the perfect car from them, Bob checked in once in a while to ask how we enjoyed the car. It was a very pleasant experience.

Ed was so much fun to work with. He’s so entertaining and has fun stories. He didn’t pressure me into any additional things and was straight with me. I also worked with Jeff who was fun and helpful when choosing a car and starting the financing. I highly recommend them to anyone who would want a Mazda!

Found this Mazda online and called right away. Been working with Derrek for about two weeks trying to set up all the paper work and set up a day for pick up. Decided to come down myself and drive back. Derrick came in on his day off to pick me up from the train station and help me finalize the deal.
