Mazda of Gladstone

This is my fourth vehicle lease/purchase from this dealership. I don’t plan to go anywhere else. Erin and Tom made everything easy. Love my excellent new car.

Over the years, I developed a love hate relationship when buying a new car. I love a new car, but I hate the process of buying one, because I know it is a long boring day in my life that I will never get back. That was not the case this time for me. Working with Bob, Tom and Jonathan, over the phone, or online, made the whole process so much easier. When I arrived there was a pleasant meet & greet with everyone, then I signed the necessary documents. At that point I was introduced to Erin, who went over the whole car with me, setting everything up, and throughly explaining and showing me all the features. Ninety minutes later I was driving the car off the lot. In my 50 years of buying cars, purchasing a car at Gladstone was easily my best experience. I want to thank Bob, Tom, Jonathan, Erin and everyone behind the scenes at Gladstone that helped in facilitating my purchase.

When we went to see Tyne Bergert we were not totally set on purchasing a car of any brand, Tyne did not give us a hard sell she asked what we wanted in the car we wanted to purchase. Tyne is only 20 and has excellent communication and people skills for someone of her age. she answered all our questions showed my wife the Mazda CX-5 in red the color of car she has wanted for 50 years and from there we purchases the car. When you do the paper work watch for add on's that you don't need. Tyne was not involved with this part of the process and we all know this is the finance persons job. We love the car and the experience we had with Mazda of Gladstone

I had a great time working with Lidiya and Jeff to get the right terms for a lease on a Mazda Miata. Their dealership was one of the very few in the area not charging a dealer markup which my wife and I greatly appreciated. While many lots were taking advantage of the low inventory on new models, their dealership chose to sell cars around MSRP which will earn them repeat customers and pay dividends in the years to come. Their friendly, approachable staff made the experience enjoyable instead of getting the usual good cop/bad cop routine so many dealerships try to pull.
