The service department under David has always been a stellar part of bringing my vehicle to the Mazda dealership of Gladstone. David and his team work diligently to take care of their clients and make sure they are satisfied with their experience. Recently I got called into work while my 60k service was being performed. David got me a Lyft to and from work. He even had to call a second Lyft driver for me on the return because the first one didn’t wait for me to get outside!! I called and David instantly got me the second Lyft and I was headed back home in no time!! Kenra provided such amazing customer service for the purchase of my new car! She communicated in a regular basis during the time I signed the papers to delivery of my car on the lot. Kenra took the time to completely review the electronics with me which was very reassuring. She has offered to help me if I forget something and has reached on to check in. Kenra’s enthusiasm for me as a customer was so appreciated! I had just had knee surgery a few days before and she really tried to keep our ‘wait time’ to a minimum. She is such an asset to Mazda of Gladstone. I received extraordinary support from Jonathan who was able to ‘find’ my rare red Mazda 3 and get it to me far before the forecasted date. While the completion of ALL the paperwork took a lot of time, Tom, in finance, was very organized and worked smoothly and thoroughly. I’ve my eye on this specific car for years and finding one was not an easy feat. Mazda of Gladstone did NOT take advantage of me by ‘jacking up’ the price. My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership, we were quite impressed!!!
