I asked about a truck and was curious about under carriage and was contacted with someone who wanted to educate me instead of offering some pictures. I asked should we speak on phone instead of texting i got no reply

This dealership never contacted me about a F350 Harley Davidson edition. I had asked for more information about the carfax report with an odometer discrepancy. This was a Canadian truck and at some point the cluster was changed out for one that read mph instead of kph but it wasn't programmed with the correct mileage.

Was not impressed when I called them, was serious about trading a pickup in on another and the salesman said he would text me his info to send my trade to and never did then I asked for his name and he said Elvis which I’m pretty sure was fake, 0/10 on customer service, what an excuse of a salesman

Spoke with the owner Jake and had a very pleasant conversation, we purchased the Van over the phone at a very fair and just price. I’m looking forward to dealing with Jake in the future.

I would give Jake and his team the highest marks possible for a used vehicle purchase from a dealership. I found a vehicle that met my needs that was in great condition at a fair price. I flew to Idaho from the mid-west US and drove it back 2000 miles without issue. They were very responsive to all my questions in the process of investigating the vehicle and they were very upfront about the condition of the vehicle. I looked at several other trucks on their lot while I was there and it appeared all of them were low mileage, rust free trucks in excellent condition. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them again and in fact I plan to do so in the next year or so.
