I visited this dealership about three or four days ago,

I visited this dealership about three or four days ago, and my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, I had scheduled an appointment, but when I arrived, the salesperson who assisted me seemed very unprofessional. He was poorly dressed, his English communication skills were very limited, and there was a strong smell of marijuana, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. When I asked about the specific vehicle I had scheduled to see, I was told that they needed to “confirm” my appointment—even though it had already been confirmed. Then he mentioned that the car was actually stored in Miami, not in West Palm as I was originally told. Despite that, I decided to look at other options on the lot and found one I liked. However, once we got to the numbers, everything became chaotic. The advertised price for the 2025 Kia was $20,690, which seemed reasonable, but they added several unexpected fees: $1,995, and $3,495 — totaling $6,386+ in dealer fees. On top of that, they included GAP insurance, an extended warranty, and a maintenance plan that I never requested. I left feeling deceived and taken advantage of. To make matters worse, they sent my credit application to multiple lenders without my clear consent. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I strongly do not recommend this dealership. They take advantage of honest, hardworking people, and that is completely unacceptable.

If I could pot 0 I would they commit fraud selling

If I could pot 0 I would they commit fraud selling dangerous cars and you tell them something is wrong they say oh it needs an alignment well the whole front was bad you name it so after 60 days the finance was a lie the repairs were a lie cost us thousands Jose the manager doesn’t care if we get hurt and won’t answer or has no regrets it’s been a nightmare for us hard working people please don’t go there they scam people all is lies And will report him he is a bad person

Here’s a strong and honest Yelp review you can post about your experience with Car Outlet Factory: --- ⭐☆☆☆☆ Stay FAR Away from Car Outlet Factory – Worst Dealer Experience of My Life I purchased a vehicle from Car Outlet Factory on February 25, 2025, and it's now mid-June—I still don’t have license plates or registration. My temporary tags expired on June 6, and I can’t even legally drive the vehicle I’m paying for. That means I'm missing out on thousands of dollars in business each week because I run a courier company and rely on this van to work. They didn’t send me the title registration paperwork until April 29—over 60 days after the sale. Then they had the nerve to pre-fill the wrong date (the day of purchase) on the documents, and when I correctly signed with the actual date, they rejected it and told me to backdate a notarized legal document. That’s shady and borderline fraudulent. Even worse, after all this, they didn’t send the paperwork to the DMV until May 30—more than 90 days after I bought the vehicle, which violates Florida law (you’re supposed to register within 30 days). I called 50 States DMV Services, and they confirmed all of this. They’ve lied about timelines, made excuse after excuse, and have zero accountability. Their negligence has cost me $3,500–$5,000 a week and counting. I’ve filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and their surety bond provider. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and don’t buy anything from this place. They’ll leave you hanging and then blame you for their mistakes. Unprofessional fraudsters. Lazy junkies maybe on drugs or just negligence.

This dealership is by far the worst I brought my friend in for the referral I have yet to get the cash they promised and they raise up the price the manager is disrespectful and they start speaking a different language once they see that you’ve caught up to the lies and tell you come back another time Don’t waste your time rating negative 20

I’ve been calling and emailing these people for almost

I’ve been calling and emailing these people for almost two years so that they can pay back my gap insurance. The calls go to the voicemail. After 3 months, I received a reply to my email asking for a pay off letter from the bank. I sent the payoff letter but since then, no response. I tried to call to no avail. No one picks up your phone call and no one return your call. Terrible dealership. They act like scammers.

Says online a certain price then they definitely add

Says online a certain price then they definitely add $5,000 worth of fees that aren’t legit, service fee but then I had to get the car serviced 2 weeks later. Then they have lifetime warranty that they barely let you use, unless you’re willing to go 2 weeks with no car. Complete joke

Terrible dealership.

Terrible dealership. They will have a car listed at a price then add 10,000 worth of fees at the end absolute jokes.

Believe the BAIT & SWITCH reviews!

I saw the negative reviews about their BAIT & SWITCH method of doing business, so I texted them twice and spoke with 2 different people who said yes, the car is definitely there... so I took a Lyft ride there and surprise surprise! They say, "we just sold it last night, it takes 72 hours to update..." so no one there can actually just ask a person? Pretty simple. And if they are such an established company, they should have a xxx system or someway they can tell if a sale is pending or completed (I would understand if they were still doing everything manually, but it's the 21st century, c'mon!) They knew exactly what car I asked about, and they still told me it was there. Then one of the salesman asks me if I want to see the receipt. So he clacked away at his computer and produced a receipt... I wasn't born yesterday. It takes about 1-2 minutes to change a few items on a pre-filled form. I don't believe a word that comes out of their mouths. I should have trusted those reviews! Such a waste of time and money. As a previous reviewer said, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, RUN! Super shady and unprofessional. So here is yet another review of their BAIT &SWITCH tactics! Who knows what else they would have scammed or lied about if I had actually bought a car! Negative-5 stars if I could.
