Car Factory Outlet West Palm

My first thought was "wow". I had never seen a dealership with over 700 cars to look at. Not only that but with them being certified as well. You truly won't find anyone better then Car Factory Outlet. I am so happy with my new car, Honda Civic.

I had been looking for a great car for a great price for a while now, my only problem is that most dealerships don't have enough cars on the lot, they have hidden fees, and their price to quality is terrible. I was on my last straw and came here and not only did they have over 700 cars to look at but their price were amazing. I was able to look inside the hood and everything seemed amazing. They were straight about the prices and even quoted me an overall price. I was not expecting to leave that same day with a car. This place is just so great, I recommended a few friends of mine to go and they also loved it.

Total waste of time!! I called the dealer to confirm availability of a car I had seen online, I spoke to a lady on the phone, I gave her the stock number and she confirmed the car was still available. According to the online ad, the car was in Palm Beach but she told me that the car was in Miami. I asked her to confirm that we were talking about the same car that was advertised in Palm Beach, not Miami, and she confirmed it was available in Miami. I told her to inform a sales person that I was driving there and will be there in an hour or so. When I go there, the sales dude told me that the car had been sold. I told him I just called to make sure the car was there and available and his answer was: We have other similar ones. I am really busy and don't appreciate this type of sales technics and will never consider this dealer again.

Made an appointment online and confirmed that the car I was interested would be there. Waited 20 min. To be talked to, only to be bounced around from person to person not knowing what was going on. 45 min later someone came out to show me different cars 6k over my price range never alerting me they didn’t have the car I specifically came to see. Also no regard for COVID policies, I’m immunocompromised and they specifically pulled down their mask to talk directly in my face, rude.

SCAMMERS .Please do not waste your time or money doing business with this place. Do not regret it later. They are doing fraudulent transactions . Thank Me Later.

made appt for 10:30 sat. to see 2019 mustang. called at 9:45 to confirm car was there and available. got there no car. Went toanother dealer and was told by customer there knows of others whose final price was jacked up. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS
