This dealership is junk. It's already been 3 times that they post cars online, I call to make sure they are available at the dealership, then I go immediately afterwards (literally there within 15 minutes) and then they say they sold it. They list cars for over $5K below market value, they lie to get you in the door, and then they try to sell you other junk they have there. When I speak over the phone, I ask to please check, because they've already done this to me before, and then they just absolutely LIE. this company is JUNK, don't waste your money with these clowns

Denson a great salesman he was very helpful. The staff great and professional. Didn't know how my day was going to turn out but it all turned out great. Will recommend to family and friends.

Horrible Service (in Miami). They want to run a credit check for a test drive. Why should my credit score go down 5-10 points for a test drive? Sales person replied we are in business to sell cars not have people test drive them. They have cars advertised at lower prices, but they have dealer fess of $3800 plus tax, the whole experience was a joke. All sales personnel look uninspired just sitting there with no ambition to sell.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This dealer is horrible, they are dirty , I called them 9am, schedule a test drive for a Maserati at 10:30am , everything was sound ok until I got there, car wasn't there ( they said that was sold in the morning) they opened at 9am , impossible to do all paperwork in 1:30 min . They show me another one listed for 8k more than the other one , I asked them about the fees before they pull my credit, the sales guy said that was 999,00 dealer fee, 125,00 tag transfer, 569 electronic filing fee and tax total of 44500,00 I said ok , after the pulled my credit ( really good credit 785) they came back with 51780,00 in total for the car They added Reconditioning fee 3600,00 ( they charge for oil change and new tires that supposed to be done by themselves) Dislocation fee 670,00 ( the car was there at the lot for days I didn't asked for)

If I could give this company negative 5 stars, I would. One day before thanksgiving I’m looking at jeeps for sale and a nice Jeep for a good price pops up on cars.com. I immediately contact the dealer through cars.com asking them was the vehicle still available. 3 minutes after I get a text from them. I respond, but I don’t get a reply back. Tried calling the number and no one answered. So the day after thanksgiving, I get another text from the same number asking me what vehicle I was interested in and what state do I reside in. So I tell them the vehicle and I’m from Georgia. 2 hours passed and didn’t get any response back. So I called the dealership and a lady answered the phone. She asked me for the stock # of the vehicle and before I could give her the stock #, she asked me do I reside in the Miami area. I told her no, I stay in Georgia. She instantly hung up the phone in my face and then sent me a text stating that they don’t answer inquiries for out of state customers. So I called back and she answers the phone again trying to act like it wasn’t her that hung up on me the first time. So I tell her I’m not inquiring about anything. I want to come down to test drive the car and purchase it if everything is right. She then tells me that the only way I can do that is if I go through financing with them or pay cash and that They don’t take outside financing. I told this rude lady that I had my own financing and I had a guaranteed check from navy federal credit union and she again told me that won’t work and that my financing would have to be through one of their lenders. I immediately hung up the phone. This company is a scam! They have horrible customer service and are very rude. Don’t look at the 5 star customer reviews on their website. They have their website setup where they get to pick and choose which reviews are kept and which reviews are deleted and obviously, anything less than 5 stars gets deleted or they make up those reviews. Please people, find a dealership that respects you to spend your money with! This company is not it.

Liars! Prices to good to be true. I sent them a message and they started asking me bunch of unrelated questions via text. I got frustrated and then they informed me truck got sold. Sent them another message under a different number, and this time they called and told me car in stock and when can I test drive it. I do not trust these people and will not deal with them again!

lure people with fake listings that aren't in inventory just to get leads. listings are usually too good to be true. ex. 210141 which has been listed since january. they'll confirm having it in stock but when you arrive it was "sold last night" and then system wasn't updated. lol.

My salesman Denson was amazing, my credit is not the best I knew that going in! He assured me they will get me approved.. Carmelo and the Finance manager worked hard to get me approved for the car I wanted…. So Happy! Thank you Car-factory
