Great Service

Everyone at KIA is super friendly and professional. They do a great job of servicing my vehicle and review costs prior to service. They now take a video of your cars inspection which is really nice to see what they are checking firsthand.

Service was satisfactorily performed and recall was also noted and corrected while I waited. Found out about recall after original service was scheduled which made for longer wait

Almost effortless

A very relaxing experience with no pressure, I think they would be a great dealership for someone who really doesn’t like to deal with “car salespeople”, everyone at Jenkins that we met was great.

Found car on internet, received offer over the internet, was told to come to dealer, went 122 miles to dealer. The dealership said they had offered too much for my used car, this demonstrates a division between the dealership people and the internet people. They should present themselves in lockstep to the customer.

Devin is pleasant and efficient.

Devin is pleasant and efficient. The entire service department runs smoothly. It is great that they send you a real time video of the mechanic as he does his analysis of your vehicle. I highly recommend Jenkins Kia for all your maintenance needs.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 Kia Telluride

My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 Kia Telluride from Kia of Crystal River Florida. Out main contact was Syed Jaffary. This was the BEST car experience we've ever had. The dealership is clean and well organized. The sales manager we dealt with was JR who was also excellent. The real star and reason for our purchase however was Syed. Personable, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He treated us like we were the only people at the dealership. Thank you Kia of Crystal River and Syed for a job well done. We love our Telluride.

Paid top dollar for a new Kia.

Paid top dollar for a new Kia. Pin size hole in the radiator not covered by warranty. Was declared a road hazard $1600.00 A pin hole..really. A reputable dealer would have taken care of this. Will be the last Kia and will never recommend this dealer to anyone

Fairly seamless check in, nice waiting area, and appreciate the complementary car wash. My only suggestion is reducing the noise stimulation in the waiting area.
