I recently chose to go to tire choice to do the 9 point
I recently chose to go to tire choice to do the 9 point inspection since my Kia dealership is at least an hour away from me. Tire choice told me I needed to have my shocks replaced because all 4 tires were damaged due to bad or worn shocks. And that I needed to replace all four tires and have the shocks replaced. There was a sense of urgency. So I eplaced all four tires because I didn't have the money to do both. I could afford to buy the tires and I needed to figure out how to come up with the money to have the shocks replaced. quick. The service man at tire choice told me all four tires for damaged because of bad shocks. In visiting my son in Crystal River I decided to go into my Kia dealership and have them give me a second opinion. I did not need much of the work that tire choice quoted and charged me for. They confir Ed that shocks did not need to be replaced. .Now I feel safe driving my car. I thank your people for clearing up that matter for me. By the way, Will, the gentleman that handled my paperwork was very, very helpful I just wanted to put in a good word for him. Thank you PS: Next time I need to have my car serviced, I will definitely drive the hour to my KIA Dealership in Crystal River.

wouldn't normally do a review on something like this, but
wouldn't normally do a review on something like this, but I had to have the 12 V battery replaced on my Kia Niro and two other Kia dealers were not very professional with my interactions and much higher priced for the same repair. My service tech at Jenkins, Steven Caron, was awesome to work with. There was an initial miscommunication from whoever I talked to originally on the phone regarding the price, compared to what Steve told me in person, so I was definitely annoyed when I first arrived and waited for 30 minutes and then was told a completely different price. He heard me out, understood my frustrations and still stayed calm and cool about everything. He definitely made me feel comfortable that having my car serviced at Jenkins was the right way to go!

I had a fantastic experience at Jenkins Kia in Crystal River! They took great care of my car when I needed a tire fixed and an oil change. The service was quick, efficient, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly sweet and helpful. The staff here are very sweet and love having a quick chat. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and friendly staff!
