Jenkins Kia - 2020 Soul

Car was brought in for routine service and repair of issue with HVAC system. Took about two hours. Not able to determine immediately if heating problem is corrected

Really grateful for Steve's help fixing my scheduling

Outstanding service department and very knowledgeable

Outstanding service department and very knowledgeable staff. And true joy to work with. I enjoy going to this dealer, they know how to treat the customer like royalty. Steve made my day!

Due to my own booboo I scheduled service for Thursday rather than Wednesday. For a moment I thought I was going to drive all the way back home, 40 minutes away, and come back on Thursday. Steve was very helpful and got me on the list for Wednesday which was MUCH appreciated. He was also clear and cordial in explaining the things that could use servicing and which ones were more urgent than others. Overall, great experience!
