⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SECOR Volvo – Outstanding Service During a long trip from Manhattan, Kansas to Niantic, Connecticut, our 2020 Volvo XC60 developed an engine warning light in the middle of severe storms and tornado activity. I called SECOR Volvo in New London and spoke with Service Advisor Tyonni Hernandez, who immediately arranged a same‑day appointment timed perfectly with our arrival. When we arrived, Mr. Hernandez checked us in quickly and guided us to their excellent waiting area — clean, comfortable, with coffee, snacks, and cold drinks. We also met members of the sales team who were friendly, supportive, and professional. The diagnostic results were thankfully minor, and we were able to continue our trip with peace of mind. The professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency of the entire SECOR Volvo team were exceptional. We are truly grateful for their help during a stressful travel day. Highly recommended.

Secor Volvo in New London, CT is a very dishonest dealership! Two years ago, I bought a used 2013 Volvo XC60 from Secor Volvo drove it only 17,000 miles and it now has 106484 miles and the check engine light is on. Since purchase, I noticed progressively increasing oil consumption (now 1qt./mon.) and misfiring noticed mainly at idle. I took it to EuroCars and they scoped and diagnosed low compression in three cylinders #2-140, #3- 110 and #6- 55. Additionally the spark plug in #6 had cracked off ceramic on the cathode and had scored the piston/cylinder. I went to Secor Volvo and the GM said this is my problem not theirs and reiterated their multipoint inspection prior to sale. It is my clear opinion they took this car in trade from another patron put it on their lot and knowingly sold a defective car with a previously damaged engine. Now I am left with scraping the car in the junkyard since a new engine replacement is $8-10K with labor. Do not buy a car from this very cagy and dishonest dealership!!!!

I was looking for a particular car in a certain price range within 100 miles from my home. They had what I wanted and it was worth the 99 mile trip.

Great experience at Secor Volvo. The sales person was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. The process of purchasing was timely and explained. Would definitely recommend this dealership if you are purchasing a Volvo!
