My son and his Mom who is a disabled veteran purchased a

My son and his Mom who is a disabled veteran purchased a vehicle from this dealership only to discover an oil leak 3 days after picking up the vehicle through an independent inspection. I do not recommend buying used cars from this dealership without an independent inspection! In the state of Missouri, there is an Implied warranty under a Uniform Commercial Code . In this case the vehicle was bought with a preexisting oil leak which clearly violates the implied warranty . They conceal defects and when my son brought it to their attention, with photos, they do not fix the issue. They are a dishonest dealership and certainly they do not honor disabled American Veterans they take advantage of them !

Bought a Canadian 2020 Tacoma with 26,000 miles.

Bought a Canadian 2020 Tacoma with 26,000 miles. Wired the entire purchase funds after Mark Linomaz wouldn’t budge on price. Then He said don’t pick up the vehicle until we have it ready. One week of stalling from him saying that it was being reconditioned. 26,000 miles shouldn’t need that much. I was wrong. Upon arrival eight dents were in the truck the entire undercarriage was rusting and it looked as though it had 226,000 miles on it. Brakes were warped the windshield was heavily scratched and the interior stunk of vaping and there were over 70 chips and nicks throughout the entire vehicle…. It could never have went through any reconditioning….Should have said I want my funds returned however I flew in to st.louis and was going to drive the truck back home….it would have been a day of limbo to try and get home…. Mark is a liar and for the last four months has promised me $350 to cover the dent removal costs…. I would NEVER recommend Mark Linomaz or his deceptive dealership to anyone!!!!BEWARE!!!

Reached out about a macan GTS.

Reached out about a macan GTS. Some guy took my name down and kept pressuring me to come in when I had questions about maintenance. Then no one called back when I asked him some pretty straightforward questions. He was only focused on getting me in for a test drive and a "manager" would look into maintenance records. I wouldn't want to buy a luxury car from here at all.

Worst buying experience ever from beginning to end.

Worst buying experience ever from beginning to end. The salesman was not good, and the managers were worse. I had 3-4 different people contacting me after I had agreed to the purchase. The salesman did not listen, screwed up the cash purchase and made my son wait and hour and half for nothing when he picked up the car. The video he sent me of the car did not show all of the blemishes. The wheels are nicked up, a tire had a nail in it, a piece of the interior is missing as well as the driver's mat. It took them three weeks to refund the over payment the salesman screwed up. Ask for this to be addressed, sent pics twice with no response from the salesman or finance.

It took me multiple attempts to get someone to call me

It took me multiple attempts to get someone to call me back. They were completely inflexible as far as price was concerned (not a penny) and came across like a used car lot. They weren't the place I wanted to buy their Ferrari from.
