I e-mailed Scott Speiler 2 weeks ago from Panama city beach. I told him I need to get a new, or possibly a pre-owned car, as soon as I got back to new port richey Nov3rd. I work for Harley davidson, and I am Kinda in the same business, so I am very accustomed to the process of sales, finance and the whole buying of a new vehicle in general. What I truely apprecaited from scott, was the fact that at no time, did he ever mislead me, stray away from the process, or try to get me to purchase what HE thought I should get. I told him, that I had a very small window sunday morning, and that could we please focus on what my fiancee wanted, not what I wanted, and once we land on a car, please work me the best deal, don't play the game back and forth for two hours. He knew what I wanted, what I needed, and made it happen without any headaches or discomfort. We were very pleased with the whole experience, and scott made that happen. He even did the small things that I take for granted being in this business. He showed My fiancee the car, went over the car and its features, emptied all my stuff out of my trade, and transferred my belongings while I was in finance...He was very professional thru and thru, and please know, he is an asset to your company. He followed through on everything I asked of him, was there ready for me sunday morning when I arrived, and the whole process took 2 hours from selection, write up, appraisal, numbers, to finance to delivery. Thank you guys for making my experience a great one. Thank you scott.

I gave them this rating because I did have a...

I gave them this rating because I did have a manufacturer's defect with my car and during the time period that this occurred, Hyundai of New Port Richey always accommodated me. Their Service Mgr, John Little, was outstanding. I don't believe I would have ever received this type of service from any other dealership. The problem with my car was NOT the dealership's fault, but they stood behind the product and made good on their promises. The sales staff, Big John and Karen were always available to answer my questions on my new purchase and go over the features until I understood it completely. All were patient, professional and friendly. Admittedly, at times, I was frustrated, but because of their positive attitude and compassion, everything worked out and I am very pleased! Their work ethic shows from the dealership management to the employees.

I came in to purchase my new Hyundai Elantra and Jeena...

I came in to purchase my new Hyundai Elantra and Jeena was so much help! She was so professional and friendly and got me a great deal. I was in and out under 2 hours and everything went smoothly and not stressful like my past experiences. I recommend Jeena for any car buying needs, she was wonderful!

Scott was a true professional and one that was a pleasure to work with and recommend highly. It's very nice to see someone who studies their profession and takes the time to explore the facts and answer questions from the customer point of view. John Arrington was very helpful and friendly. He went...

John Arrington was very helpful and friendly. He went over the different models of cars you had and helped me figure out which model best suited me and my needs. He went over every aspect of the car and showed me how every thing worked. John worked with me to help to get a payment plan that i could afford to pay each month for my lease. After i purchased the car John called me several times and made sure every thing was okay and to see if i had anymore questions. John also called and wish me a happy birthday which was very nice of him.

We were trying to lower our car payments do to increase in medical bills for my wife and Shane was very helpful in fulfilling our request. Shane made us feel very welcomed and was so respectful and courteous. It was such a pleasure working with him. He constantly kept us in the loop during the whole process. I am writing to let everyone know that Hyundai of New Port Richey is the best place to buy a car,cause I had a great experience today, buying my new 2014 Sonata from Felix Nieves III, he was very thorough in attending to my needs found me the perfect car and color for my needs, I was very impressed with how personable, as well as conscienous about truely wanting to match me to the car that I wanted in an effective and timely manner. I would recommend him to any of my friends who are looking to buy a new car in the future. For sure I will be a repeat customer.
