I have purchased 3 Sonatas with David as my salesperson....

I have purchased 3 Sonatas with David as my salesperson. Why? David knows his automobiles. When you call and tell him you want to look at an automobile, he has his presentation ready. I can tell that he likes my car as much as I will like it. I never feel pressure from David. He doesn't try to talk me into something that I have already said I am not interested. David is a natural salesman. He prepares , he knows his product and he make the customer feel proud of their decision to purchase a new car.

I've bought several Hyundais, and David Brennan has been my sales person for each. He is courteous, patient, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. This time, he outdid himself! Found my perfect car within a day, & had it in my posession within 2! I recommend him to all "older" customers!!!

Danielle Williams is one of the people that is...

Danielle Williams is one of the people that is consider the backbone of a business. I purchase a veh in 2011 with her help it was a easy desicion to make...however six month later I wanted to buy a bigger veh/SUV. She encourage me to wait a little longer because it will be better for me in the long run. I respected her advice and waited. I did call her back within the time she told me too, but by that time she moved on from the sale floor to customer service..however she took the time to help me with the purchase and to get me the best deal possible. To make the long story short, she provided an exceptional service to me..., which allow me to get the veh I wanted. Thank you Danielle, for taken the time to help me. I'll see next time!! ??

Mike and Danielle went above and beyond to help us get...

Mike and Danielle went above and beyond to help us get into our 2013 sonata. I called ahead to see if we could exchange our car, which we had gotten from Danielle about a year ago. Mike called us back promptly and told us we would be able to get a new car. Mike walked us through everything. Mike explained things very well. This dealership found a way to get us into the car we wanted and we are so great full to them for helping us out. This is the 4th car we have gotten from this dealership and they have always been wonderful. They are very kind and caring. When I was having problems with the blue link they helped me get it working right. I tell everyone about this dealership and the people I have dealt with. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a car.

I contacted the dealership by computer requesting information, and Mark responded immediately. He followed up, invited me up and provided excellent service. He was knowledgeable and had a nice personality. I left with my new car less than 4 hours after arriving.

I was helping my Mom select and buy a new car...she's 88. I contacted Hyundai New Port Richey through the Internet for a quote, and received a phone call in minutes from the internet sales manager, Jeena. From that very first moment, it was a no pressure, professional, and very pleasant experience. My mom and I both love the car...a 2013 Elantra...and think the price was fantastic for the style and features. Jeena was thoroughly knowledgeable, and really put my mom at ease. Truly the best car buying experience both of us have ever had!

We found our experience with Hyundai to be extremely pleasant and easy. The staff was very helpful and explained everything about the lease agreement, and answered all of our questions. They were very honest and followed through on what they said could be done in helping us to get our car. We would definitely recommend Hyundai to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.

I contacted Jeena via the Internet. We communicated through email regarding availability, price and fees. Jeena was completely upfront about everything. When I went to the dealership, Jeena was very friendly, courteous, willing to listen to my needs and answer my questions. There was no pressure what so ever. Jeena presented the facts and, as good as they were, I decided to buy the car. In addition the finance person, Jared was just as kind and helpful.

I was reluctant to begin the process of buying a new car, but by beginning on line, Jeena really made it easy. Many of my questions were answered before going to the dealership. In real estate, there is a buyers agent. When I met with Jeena, I felt like she was working on my behalf. The car I purchased exceeded my expectations and at the same time the quality of the sales experience matched the quality of the car: WIN-WIN.

Graham did a great job for me. He was friendly and...

Graham did a great job for me. He was friendly and knowledgable about the Hyundai line and was able to show me everything about the Veloster, which I ended up purchasing. Also, the man in the business/finance department was very professional and explained everything very clearly. I am sorry that I do not remember his name. The entire visit was, without a doubt, the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I would rate this dealership very highly. I am happy with my Veloster and I truly feel good about the respectful manner in which everything was handled. I will tell my friends about this trip. Keep up the good work! Larry Beers
