Michael Crato was excellent with communication and kept me informed throughout the process. Lisette was amazing and ensured my drop-off experience was smooth and stress-free. Michel Dominguez made the rental car process effortless and got me set up with an Arcadia, which I absolutely fell in love with. He was fantastic to work with. Jorge morales was also very helpful in getting everything initiated and making sure the process started off on the right foot. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better VIP treatment.
