Overall, I had a bad experience receiving service on my
Overall, I had a bad experience receiving service on my car. To start, I brought in my vehicle for a diagnostic test secondary to blind spot monitoring issues. I informed them upon arrival that I would be waiting in the service waiting area. After waiting 4 hours with service staff consistently walking through the lobby and seeing me being the only person in the service waiting lobby, I went and asked for updates. My car had apparently been done for some time with my paperwork just sitting on Ron Reed’s desk. When asked how long it had been done Ron replied “it could have been at least 45 mins, I don’t know, no one told me you were waiting.” He expressed no remorse or apologies and made it seem like it was my fault. I returned the next day for repairs and my car was completed in 1 hour. I waited an additional 30 mins with my car visible in the garage before I went and asked Ron if it was complete. He stated he was working on it and I could go ahead and come pay. The charges were equivalent to 3 hours of labor even though the service took 1 hour, and I was told the cost of the diagnostic test would be added to any parts I ordered, which I already paid. When questioning, Ron replied, “ that’s what is is booked as and that’s just how it is, you want a good job done on your vehicle right?” He also preceded to say, “It’s only ethical to pay that price“ and that my questioning about the labor cost only made sense to me. Realizing he couldn’t accurately detail the expenses, I asked to speak to the manager and he said “that’s me.” However, his cards indicated he was only the assistant service manager. When i called him out on it he said the manager wouldn’t be in for a week and he would give me a call. He gave a slight discount which was appreciated, and I left expecting a follow up call. Over a week past and I received no such call. I reached out to other local dodge dealers and they were able to explain each cost incurred and broke down the labor hours and why each hour was charged. Overall, I felt that this service department was uninformed and was uncaring of people’s time. If Ron is a part of the leadership team, he should be able to describe each cost and give better reasoning than “that’s just how it is, and that is what is ethical.” I feel much more comfortable with the other dealership I talked with and feel much more confident with their knowledge and customer service.

Awesome customer service. Denise and Ron are at the top of their game. Ron made my appointment with ease. Denise saw my appointment through to the end. Denise gave me confidence that things were done right. The waiting area is 5 star also. Thanks Encore dealership.

world's worst communication between check-in and
world's worst communication between check-in and mechanics over the last year I've been dealing with problems that they took upon themselves to work on on my vehicle changed out injectors without permission injectors failed a few months ago brought it in again for the same thing happening waited all day to get a call to tell me my air filter is dirty didn't even check pressure on injectors you think if it has the same problem it did last time that would mean check injectors right or is that just me a non-certified mechanic that knows more than the mechanics in the shop

Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with.
Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Asked for an OTD price on a CPO vehicle. Received the quote and they added a $2999.00 paint & interior protection package. They also said it wasn’t a CPO vehicle, when it clearly says it is on their website. I wouldn’t buy a car from this dealer if you paid me. If I could leave a -5 star rating, I would. Run the other way if you’re thinking about buying a car from these people.
