Bryce and the EAG team took great care of me. They made it easy, got me in the truck I wanted and stood by our agreements. I walked in signed and left with in my new King Ranch! I would definitely recommend this Ford dealer and I will see them in about 80k miles!

We have bought two new Ford trucks this year.

We have bought two new Ford trucks this year. Kyle Orlando made sure his sales team took awesome care of us! We shopped around the Conroe, TX, area, but we could not beat the service and care! The most horrible customer service and unresponsive team

The most horrible customer service and unresponsive team I have EVER worked with in my entire life! I had to actually get an attorney after they threatened me with theirs who I never got to correspond with over a warranty that they sold me and would not honor. After the motor locked up and me hiring an attorney they bought the truck back from me like they were doing me a favor AND NEVER ADMITTED ANY WRONG DOING OR FAULT AT ANY POINT. From the from desk to to GM absolutely unprofessional!

Dealership literally sold the vehicle that we were

Dealership literally sold the vehicle that we were working a deal on, even after they told us that it was available for us to purchase. They offered to find us a different vehicle, however, given the fact that we were working on the existing vehicle that we drove 40 miles to get, we didn’t want to do business with them so we left. Never doing business with them again.

Ms. Bailey and Brice were very kind & went out of their way to help me! I bought my car from Ford thru the Dodge side. I was disappointed in the service after the sale at Dodge, but Ms Bailey took me under her wing and did above what was expected to get my issues worked out. The young man, she sent to help me, Brice, was extremely kind, professional and very helpful. Thank you again and again!
