Super friendly, very easy buying experience. Got a great deal without having to haggle or negotiate. The price was the price and if you have the funds and can afford the price, then go with these guys cause they are very nice and easy going. At the same time, they know what they are doing and that gives them a great balance of both professionalism and normalcy. All in all we got a great used car below market value and they did a great job with reconditioning the car for resale. Gave me all the service records and guided me through any questions I had ahead of time. Even gave me the out the door price a few hours before I arrived so I knew what we were getting into.

I Was greeted immediately upon arrival and my check in was quick. I Got my car back when it was promised. All of the staff at Mission Viejo Audi was very friendly.

Audi Mission Viejo made this experience so easy and I felt no pressure at all. The showroom/dealer was so pristine. Would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. Joe and the whole staff was exemplary.

Originally I leased a car from the dealership came back at the end of three years and bought it off the lease everybody there was pleasant no pressure and facilitated the sale I felt everything was above board and fair I would recommend without reservation reservation

Audi Mission Viejo has always been efficient, courteous, and reliable. I have dealt with the sales, finance, and probably all the regular service assistants. Every person has been what everyone would hope to find in a car dealership. I’ve never had to stand around waiting for help, always found everyone polite, a rental or courtesy car is always available for free, and any questions are answered by phone at anytime. Audi Mission Viejo has old fashioned service and I’d never go anywhere else. It’s a pleasure dealing with the AMV.

Terrible experience with Audi Mission Viejo. 1) They could tell why my car jerked forward when I pushed on the gas. After keeping the car for a few days, they suggested "use a better gas!!!!!" 2) I picked up the car and things got worse and then AC stopped working so took it back. This time Iwas told the cylinders are misfiring and A/C needs to be change, parts coming from Germany took 2 weeks. 3) meanwhile was told my 2 year old car needs new front tires and brakes. The rear tire are immaculate, turns out this dealer forgot to rotate the tires in all 20Ks despite multiple visits to the dealer including 2 recalls. Still wouldn't exchange the tires instead they honored me with a "complementary tire rotation". The manager, John Hatcher believes that these cars brakes run out fast, checked online complete nonsense. He also claimed that tire rotations are not usually offered by Audi. Nonsense!!!!!! 4) finally get the car back, the car was returned to me extremely dirty, rubbish in the trunk and dirty windshield. They didn't even bother to wash the car. 5) Got home. Noticed that my carpool decal and parking access decal with chips) are gone without letting me know. Called Audi and hours later I hear back that they changed A/C through the front windshield and cracked it when tried to put it back. Hence the decals gone 🤦🏻‍♂️ 6) 4 days later and no call from Audi since they promised me to locate the decals. Monique Leneker who was the agent helping me has been awful at getting back to me about this. My worst experience with a dealer and a car company. John Hatcher needs to reassess the way he runs his dealership. Hossible service. I will take this all the way up to Audi management. They wasted hours of my time and didn't accept their mistake. Would stay away from Audi. Afterall they are the same company as VW who was trying to cheat the exhaust system showing that they run much cleaner than they actually do.

Audi Mission Viejo is a beautiful facility with great and friendly staff. This was my first time purchasing a car so I had a lot of questions that were quickly and efficiently answered by the staff. I also appreciated the easy access to hand sanitizer in the facility as well. If someone was going to speak with you they made sure to wear masks which was also appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location if anyone is looking to buy an Audi.
