Made an appt for a 20k service.

Made an appt for a 20k service. Arrived was told 2 hour wait. Almost 2 hours later we receive a text that the truck is ready and proceed to the counter to pay however they say the paperwork isn’t ready. 45 minutes later the truck is finally ready. We go to pay and present a coupon that the dealer emailed to us. They refused to honor the coupon since we didn’t present it before the service. Frustrating. 2 and a half hours for an oil change that we made an appointment for and refusing to accept a dealer coupon is unacceptable. Also the price for the service was higher than previous. Not sure we will return.

Keith Gonzalez is the man, made every second count and was completely the best man for the job! I recommend this dealership 100% and if you get the chance to work with Keith you won’t regret it! He explained everything coherently and if I was confused he explained it in a way I could understand.

While buying my first car was very unsure about the

While buying my first car was very unsure about the process and was untrustworthy of car dealerships I had been to many other dealerships but Ira Toyota felt more upfront especially with the sales man we were going working with, JR made it easy and clear about the process and was very honest about the different trucks I was looking at and the issues and the perks of each one. JR was very personable and it felt like he was there to help us not to make a sale. The day was stressful but JR made the process much easier and I am very happy with my purchase.
