Multi Autos

So far, my experience dealing with the salesperson, J.J at Multi Autos, has been outstanding. He was informative, friendly and courteous in our initial interaction. After discussing the particular car I was interested in, he worked hard on my behalf me to get me the kind of deal I wanted even though I am buying out of state. He dealt with me in an honest, trustworthy and reliable way. It’s been a great car buying experience! I can’t wait to receive my car!

I bought a car from Multi Autos, and not even a month later I'm looking at a total of almost $10,000 in repairs. They paid for the first repair, a broken A/C compressor. However, again, A MONTH later, I need to replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor, *both* head gaskets, the power steering pump, and the front subframe that is rusted and rotted to the point it could break at any moment! I am so disappointed in this experience. I was excited about this car, it seemed like a great deal, and now I am about to put myself into thousands of dollars of debt because of their decision to leave these VERY IMPORTANT components completely unchecked. Not even an ounce of transparency about these issues. I am livid.

Ali and his staff at Multi Autos are easy to deal with, they have a great staff from the receptionist to his porter they are all very friendly. Ali had a very good price on a 2014 Camaro with low miles, they also gave me a fair trade value for my 2012 Camaro. The paper work was quick and easy. Ali even gave me a 30 day warranty at no charge! They have a wide variety of vehicles on hand. Keep in mind that they are a used car dealer and you’ll need to do your own inspection. When the prices are this fair you have to be reasonable on your purchase and condition. I would highly recommend Multi Autos. Best regards, John

Messages the dealership about looking at the car. Didn't hear back from them so I drove an extra 2 hours through the nastiest Chicago traffic only to find the car on a lift and getting a new suspension put in. It made me realize that I never want to buy a car from any place in Chicago ever again.

The worst dealership I have ever seen. They are liars.scammers, thieves. With your eyes open you will be fooled and scammed and ripped off. There is a young man which will look into your eyes and shamelessly lie to you, will add bunch of charges and fee’s and will tell you this fee’s are required. Don’t you ever go to this dealership. You will never get anything good from them. Their mentality setup to rip you off. That how they running the business. Stay away from them as far away as you can.
