My names Luke McDermott I own a company instinctive energy and bought a dodge ram 1500 Tex from this location I was told when buying the truck as I spent over 108,000 cash and bought their highest warranty package and additions 8,000 a month later I needed the vehicle serviced and when I did I paid out of pocket and have been paying for what should of been covered out of pocket everytime I brought my truck in I’ve been going back and forth with them for 2 years about this issue and save yourself the stress buy from someone else

I have bought many vehicles from Dealers in my 70 years of existence and dealt with many Service Depts. and making a long long story short all I can say is this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a service dept , Lacey was my service wrighter and she was allways on it kept me informed of everything that was going on with my truck that another dealer in Vegas had totally messed up on , I now have my truck back and it runs better than ever , So Thank You Lacey and Bret for everything

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Shottenkirk Prosper. They have varied from new to used. Regardless we were treated well each time. I will say the most recent visit was one of the best car purchasing experiences we’ve ever had. Our sale person (Mr. Saint Louis) was phenomenal. He listened to our needs for the first car for our daughter. He also suggested a feature we hadn’t considered. Thanks to him we found the perfect jeep for her. You can tell he’s a father and the way he looked out for our daughter shows that. We cannot recommend this dealership enough. Financing was always easy and Li greets us by name every time we go there.
