Great experience and long wait. The process was very smooth great customer service. You will be happy at the end. I would recommend getting pre approved before you get there

Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience with us! We’re glad to hear that you found the process smooth and our team provided great customer service—it means a lot to us. We also appreciate your note about pre-approval. While it can be helpful, we often find that meeting with our team in person allows us to explore more options, tailor financing to your specific needs, and sometimes even find better solutions than what’s available through pre-approval alone. We’d love to welcome you back anytime, and we encourage anyone considering a vehicle to stop by and work with our team directly for the best possible experience. Thanks again for your recommendation!
I feel like the dealership could have giving me more for my trade in like lend mark promised and the new car they gave me had O gas in it. I had to go back the next day for a fill-up.

The customer service representative called to ensure that my car was taken care of and the requested service was completed. They made sure that the service department contacted me to let me know what was going on with the car by the time that they guaranteed that I would hear from them. Excellent service!

BUYER BEWARE: If you are looking to purchased a used vehicle from the place, please do whatever you have to do to ensure that they have the title for said vehicle. I purchased a used 2020 Ram back in April of this year. When my temporary tag expired, I went to the DMV to retrieve my permanent tag. When I go there, they told me I needed to contact my dealership because they did not have my information on file. Let me be clear - if you believe that calling this place to get answers or get issues resolved, you are SADLY mistaken. I placed about 20 calls to this place, to be told is was going to get a call back that same day(NEVER did, not once) before I actually got transferred to the correct individual only to be told that the title was lost and had to be reordered. I was very understanding that mistakes happen as they told me that a new temp tag would be overnighted to me while the straightened out the issues with the title which would take about 2 weeks. After allowing a few days to go by without receiving anything in the mail, I figured Ill just wait the 2 weeks to go to the DMV and get my permanent tag to only get told the same thing 2 weeks later. I began to call again(I know stupid, right). Same song and dance for about two weeks until I finally got with the GM or owner whoever he was that actually had a temp tag sent to me. When i received it, it was a duplicate copy of the expired temp tag I had already been driving around with. It was at this point I decided to take the 3 hour drive to handle this. After going in and speaking with the owner and a few others about seeking legal representation if this didnt get fixed that day, they finally got me a new temp tag and promised my info would be at the DMV before it expired, which it finally was 6 months later. I said all of that to say, this place does not conduct good business at all. Calling there is an extreme nightmare unless youre calling about a sale. If youre from out of state, or more than 5 minutes away I strongly suggest you steer clear of this place, because you will not be able to handle business with them over the phone. If i could give zero stars I would

Their BBB Better Business Bureau accredidation is suspended! I bought a brand new 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage and the salesman Jayline said he would throw in the all weather floor mats and trunk mat. He had me write my information down twice for them to be mailed since I live almost 2 hours away. I waited 2 months and nothing arrived. I called many times and left a message for him, left a message for the supervisor, called service who didn't answer, and talked to the loan person who said he would let them know and then when I text him a couple days later he said the salesman was supposed to call me. While we were finalizing the loan we declined the extended warranty coverage and when they brought the paperwork out after we agreed on a payment it had a higher payment and they had added things. We sat and waited for them to take it off and when we went to the loan person in the back they had added more stuff back on and we had to argue with him to get it taken back off. Fast forward to our first service and to have them check out the passenger side window making a sound as well as the air vent closing on it's own, I go there specifically so I could ask about the floor mats. Jayline is there and said the person in service who orders them was fired and that the new person would be there tomorrow and he would call me. I asked the service guy about the air vent and he said to just stick a piece of paper in it.. After about 4 hours of waiting they say it's ready and they give me a set if keys that isn't mine and I can see my car still in the corner. He says it will be a minute and when he does come back he gives me my key. I ask about the window and he says him and the service person can hear the gears in the motor slipping and that I can bring it in when it goes out and I can buy another one. This is a 2 month old car with 4,000 miles with bumper to bumper warranty, I shouldn't have to buy another one! A week later I I hadn't received any calls and call back and talk to Jayline puts me on hold to check on it and then I'm transferred to the service person who tells me they would never tell me that and that I can buy them. Then I talk to the manager and he tells the same thing saying he would never tell me that and how they don't do that. Me and my wife were there to hear it and there was no issues while we bought the car or at the service but then bait and switch just like trying to add the warranties or extra costs to the loan without our consent. This place will screw you over, try to sneak in extra costs, ghost you, ignore you, then know nothing about what was promised and basically call you a liar. Buy at your own risk and just know, I told you so.

Bought a 2018 MBENZ GLC 300e for $25,000k from this dealership. The process was sloppy, took 30 days to get a tag. Car was delivered without an Emission testing which is illegal in Georgia. To make matters worse, drove the car for 100 miles and a engine light came on. The issue was latent, before sale. Took car to dealership and they refuse to fix the problem. My only resort now is to fix the car and sue the dealership. I have also filed a company to Georgia Department of consumer services ok the dealership selling a car without inspection and obtaining an Emission test. Do not do business with this dealership

Mr. Mass ( pronounced with a short "a" for those who are familiar with correct English) is an exceptional man in sales and is very straightforward and stands on business!! I throughly enjoyed the experience and his professionalism throughout the entire process.

Please do not buy from here! I never leave a bad review but if this can help someone like it would’ve helped me I wouldn’t be in this position. I drove 5hrs to purchased a 2019 High Country truck. After doing the negotiation over the phone I spoke with the sales agent earlier that morning asked her to drive the truck and make sure anything that needed to be fixed it will be done before I arrive so I could test drive and do paperwork so that I could get back on the road. I arrived and the sales agent and manager told me they were putting new brakes on it and they were finishing up. I waited two hours just to see the truck after being told 8 times they’re almost done. I should’ve known that was a red flag. Finally they drove the truck out and it was nice! Took it on the test drive and was fine until I got to a stop and started back and it started to jerk anytime it started off. I told the sales manager and he said they just put brakes on and maybe needed to be adjusted so they took the truck back to do that and to clean it. I did the paperwork. Got on interstate to drive home I stopped for fuel to fill up and once I left the jerking started back. Made it back home. The next day at work I noticed some missing lug nuts and some loose ones that I could turn by hand! I immediately was irritated because something could’ve happened while on the road coming back. So I reached out to the sales lady and she said she will get her manager to call. Til this day never heard back from anyone to even try to make things right. I also tried to tighten the remaining lugs but found out there wasn’t a jack or lug wrench present. I ended up taking the truck to a certified dealer and they fix the lugs and I had them to check out the jerking problem. They said it was a common problem for transmission shudder. They replaced fluid and it runs fine. For weeks I’ve been trying to get reimbursed. Finally got in touch with owner and weeks later I’m still waiting. He will not return any calls. I buy every 3 years and this has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Very unorganized and unprofessional for the amount I paid I should’ve went elsewhere. Good luck to anyone in the market and I hope this helps a lot of people. God bless!

I really wanted to like this dealership . I really did because I’m the beginning which was not long ago everything was all smile . I purchased a 2017 BMW x4 from this dealership on 10/10/24 through Razzi. The car sat at the dealership for 2 days because it was suppose to be “inspected” and needed an oil changed. I picked the vehicle up on 10/12/24 . 10/22/24 the car has a signal that pops up and says engine overheated drive carefully. Immediately after the car says engine over heated please stop . I called this dealership 4x and after being put on hold by the receptionist Lala because razzi hasn’t been reachable . I then speak to a manager by the name of Freddie Watts who stated the service department would reach out to me . Granted that did happen , the service department (Daphny) reaches out and ask me to drive the car back there in which I did on 10/23 . The next day 10/24 they reach out and say the problem has been fixed,” it was just low on coolant.” I wasn’t able to go pick the car up that day so I picked the car up on 10/25 . On my way home WHAT HAPPENS ? THE CAR DOES THE SAME THING but this time it wouldn’t come out of Park. So now I have to get the car towed which was 360 coming from as far as I live . Which was supposed to be reimbursed and I have yet to hear anything about that. Tuesday 10/29 I called to speak to to a manger in regards to what’s going on which the car and and again Lala tries to get Razzi , who is again unavailable . After being put on hold the phone hangs up and I’m left with no answers and the car STILL ON THEIR SERVICE LOT . Willing to update when (IF) the problem gets fixed .
