They should not be allowed to be a dealer -made an appointment but on arrival 3 other people waiting and no staff —11.15 am. — then a door came out just a car cleaner I think and told us to go find a car yo9u like by number on the wind shield and check out the inside -no test drive or anyone to sell you a car -so all the poor reviews were true —we left in disgust and hoope no once ever buys a car shrub them !!

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT they call you 3 times in 5 minutes and then they set the prices intentionally low so you call even though you'll never be able to buy there car for that price since they have several thousand dollars in fees or they leave up sold cars to get you to call in juat for them to say we sold it a few weeks ago but we have others on the lot I would stay way from this dealer

False advertising to get you on the lot. They added an extra $2000 mandatory premium for paint coverage lol. This is not a good business practice. They should be transparent by quoting the right numbers before someone visits.

Nice staff, great selection of Tesla vehicles. Good prices. It took a while to get seen but they were short staffed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the car. But I will be back for it soon.

Rude managers i called to get info and they were bother to give me info like they dont want to sell you a car and they hang the phone on me been calling for 2 days to get someone on the phone and for the to act like that and hang the phone never buying a car from this place

The price of their veicles is only to bring you in, they mark up the price according to the manage all of their veicles by $1,700. I saw an Infinity Q60 for 23K. The final price was over $27,500. However the sales person, was the nicest sales person I have ever met. He made no sales effort, let me test drive three veicles. He did not push the sale or any pressure.

Manager should definitely take a customer service class. Spoke briefly on the phone to inquire about a vehicle. I could tell from her initial tone I wouldn’t be shopping here, but gave it a chance. The minute I wouldn’t give my pre-approval amount I was cut off and the interest to sell the car went out the window. Constantly talked over me and cut me off, couldn’t give me an exact run down of taxes and fees to make it “quicker” and not waste time. If you’re military seeking to have the car registered through your home of record I would recommend another dealer. From my experience these reviews are spot on. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I went online and applied for a Capital One loan and was approved and I never received one 1️⃣ call from premium autos, or any of their staff and not only that…💭 the car that I applied for was sold from underneath me.. and nobody followed up to let me know …👎🏻
