I have been a Lexus owner for over 16 years and this was by far the best experience I've had to date. That is bc I worked with Alexis. She went above and beyond to make this experience seamless and enjoyable. Alexis is the reason we decided to purchase from Atlantic Lexus 110. We had had some reservations about working with this dealership, but she made the whole process easy and accommodated us when we needed it. Alexis made us feel at home at Lexus! The location was also optimal for us.

Upon entering the dealership Andre Galarza greeted me and from there he had my attention. He was diligent in asking questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the particular car I wanted. He made me feel comfortable even though I was dubious about purchasing the NX 200t F sport. He allowed me to express any concerns and helped clarify anything I was unsure of. The manager (Chris) even came over and introduced himself when I was concerned about the price negotiation The team of people that helped me get my car were understanding, caring and extremely helpful! They made my decision easy and comforting.
