Disappointments all around
i've had my Lexus for 3 years now. my lease is ending. I bought a used truck from this dealership and had to bring it back 1 day later for a problem. the head service manager Mike complained that I should not get a loaner car because I am not a Lexus customer. BUT I AM and I have been for 3 years. he had a very bad attitude. the service guys are not very responsive either. they make you wait. every time I brought my Lexus in I sat and waited for a long time. they are not proactive. For the truck, I called in the afternoon to find out about my vehicle and was told they would call me back because the tech was out to lunch. 3 hours later I called back and they could not locate the service guy to find out about my vehicle. it shouldn't be that hard to get an answer and call back or look it up in the system to find out the status. do not go here. the free bagels aren't worth the hassle.

Excellent Service
I went into the dealership not expecting to buy a Lexus. Both Desh and Rob were excellent in working with what I had budgeted for a new car. I drove out with a new 2017 GX460

My first visit to Atlantic Lexus was six months ago, after been introduced to Mr. Bert Hall by one of my co-worker. At that visit due to family matter, we didn't finalized a deal. On my second visit this past Saturday April 15th, 2017 it was a CHARM, my wife and I were treated with the uttermost respect. From the very moment we pulled up in the parking lot, we were immediately met at the entrance by Bert who escorted us to his table. The two hours that we spent there we made a lucrative deal and I left with the vehicle I wanted. My Experience was awesome!
I was at the dealership for 7 hours this past Saturday and it was well WORTH IT! I got the deal I wanted and was so happy with the way I was treated. Especially by Alexis! I would recommend anyone to go see her!

Poor Experience
Bought a pre-owned vehicle here. The entire process took too long and they charged me an unusually high document fee. I was an out of state customer and was given repeated assurances that my DMV paperwork would get to me on time which to me justified the high doc fee. But they took months to get me my DMV registration and plates. I ended up calling them a few times and finally someone responded to me and told me there was a delay. She did apologize which was nice and they sent me a courtesy gift basket, but couldn't they get it right the first time especially with such a high document fee?

Return Customer - It Only Gets Better
This is our second time purchasing from this dealership and the experience was good last time and outstanding this time. Our Sale Consultant, Alexis Gallitto, was wonderful. She did everything possible make sure we knew what our options were, she respected our time and she made the experience very easy. When this lease is up, we'll be back. The new location on 110 is spectacular. From the moment you walk through the door you are treated well by everyone you encounter. Excellent service overall, excellent sales team with a special thank you to Alexis.

Incredible experience
We walked into this dealership because we were looking to lease a new car and my in-laws had leased with a salesperson named Alexis G. They had such a good experience with her that we decided to talk to her and she proved to be amazing. She's warm, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient and worked long and hard to get us a deal we were very satisfied with. Couldn't recommend someone higher.

A great and easy experience in my first purchase of a Lexis
