Our leasing experience was wonderful primarily because Alexis Gallitto is a true sales professional. She is very knowledgeable, articulate, energetic, patient, easy to talk to, and customer friendly. Most of all she treated us with courtesy and respect at all times and worked tirelessly from the moment we were introduced to her to vehicle delivery to make sure that we were completely satisfied customers. We have purchased/leased many, many vehicles over the years (the fifth time for our family at this dealership going back to their Massapequa days) and she is that special salesperson you want to stay connected to for your current and future purchase/leasing needs. Was looking for an SUV and had been to a few dealers before and was not happy at all when I left those places. Came to Atlantic Lexus of 110 and was treated with respect and they had a vehicle that fit my price range and they made it work.

My salesperson was Hector although young to the industry he was very helpful and really went above and beyond to provide a positive buying experience. Example: he drove the vehicle to my mechanic in a snow storm so I could have it checked. Management was kind enough to detail the leather as it had excess wear and tear and removed the pinstriping that I didn't like. The showroom is impressive and everyone was welcoming and kind. Highly recommend this dealership and thank you Hector!

from a to z, Lexus stands behind their vehicles, they are committed to 100% customer satisfaction whether buying leasing service, they are wonderful; I have bought from them in past and returned because of their expert sales and service people; they aim to please and they do. Upon pick up Alexis gave myself and my husband a 1 hour tutorial on the operations of my purchase. I highly recommend buying a Lexus. it is a great car that will last. their inventory at this location was excellent as well. so if you are buying a Lexus new or used, go visit them on Route 110 in Farmingdale.

The salesman ( Andre ) at this dealership treated us with first class it was an amazing experience and we drove out with a beautiful Lexus . First time at this Lexus dealership...everyone was very helpful and courteous. The place itself is very classy and clean with nice decor and big tvs. I mostly dealt with Stew and Tommy who are extremely friendly. I honestly cant think of anything negative to say about my experience at Atlantic Lexus. Even if its not the closest dealership to where u live, its worth the drive to check it out before your next purchase.

Fred was extremely accommodating, patient and conducted business in a friendly and professional manner. I will definitely seek him out for my next Lexus purchase.
