I purchased a used Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce from them, and the entire process was quick and straightforward. The financing department was especially outstanding — the finance manager was extremely helpful and professional. The only issue I experienced was with the vehicle’s detailing. The car was somewhat dirty inside and out at delivery. It was sent for detailing after I signed the paperwork, but it came back looking more like it had received a regular car wash. The interior still needed attention, and one floor mat was missing. Aside from that, the team knows what they’re doing and made the buying process smooth. Just a bit more attention to detail would make the experience perfect.

I was pleased they covered via warranty a headlight on my car that was damaged because a access panel was missing and water got in. This saved me at least $1600

Outstanding customer experience. Alex was very accommodating to setup annual service at my convenience. I didnt have loaner available so I stayed in the facility for the duration of the service. During that time Alex was very attentive and kept informing me on the progress. Service was very efficient am I left promises after 1.5 hour. Congratulations to technician who serviced my car as well. Overall I was very impressed by all attention, courtesy and efficient timing.

From the first phone call to the dealership to picking up the vehicle, the experience was outstanding. The salesperson Joana Belo was most helpful and knowledgeable, as were the staff involved with the financing and prep of our Stelvio. Just purchased a Maserati Ghibli. Just wanted to say Joana was a super sales associate. She was knowledgeable of the vehicle, not pushy and patient. The Staff was pleasant and polite from the moment you walked in the door. Definitely would recommend the dealership and Joana for your car needs.

Breanna was my service contact and did an exceptional job! I was there for a service engine light issue and, almost as an afterthought, mentioned an issue I was having whenever I gassed my car up. She made note of it and had the technician look into it. It turned out that the check engine light issue was caused by a fault within my gas filler area. The technician corrected it and replaced the carbon filter in the gas tank as it was saturated because of the fault. I was surprised that this was the cause of my issue but grateful that Breanna and the technician corrected it. The ONLY complaint about my experience was the extremely cold waiting area. I mean, you could hang a side of beef in there!! Honestly, I don't usually feel cold and enjoy air conditioning as much as the next guy, but that was too much!
