Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights

I received a flyer in the mail from Suburban Ford which caught my eye stating I could get the Friends and Family deal. I had a 2000 Taurus purchased from another Ford dealer. I was looking for a Fusion and since Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights was about 5 miles from my home, I decided to drop in. I was introduced to Nicole, my salesperson who was easy to talk to, and I test drove a Fusion and my mind was made up! I was happy that they took my 2000 Taurus as a trade-in, since I had not done that in the past. J.T. my financial person answered all questions answered, and Kelly did a fine job of showing me all the "bells and whistles". I believe I made a good choice in purchasing the Fusion from Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights.

They worked on the towing of my previous car, paperwork from credit union, and made sure my car was filled up before I drove off.
