Purchased 2012 Escape, love the car. Was Looking at other used Escapes at other dealers. Went to Suburban Ford web site found 3 different Escapes that we were looking for. During Lunch made quick trip to dealer, saleman knew exactly where all 3 were. Took a test drive in the one I like best. Picked it up the next day. Full tank of gas, even a new license plate and no hassles. Will definitely go back for our next car.
