Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights

My husband and I just leased a C Max. It has all the bells and whistles on it . Our salesman was excellent explaining all of the features. The rep that did all the paperwork was a very courteous young man as well. We have had nothing but wonderful service in the past two years that we also leased our Focus. Any problems the service dept took care of very efficiently. Thank you Suburban Ford !!

I am in the process of buying my first Ford, so far the experience with Suburban has been great. The salesman has been very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to finalizing the deal and driving off with my new Ford Escape.

We just purchased a new car from Suburban Ford In Sterling Heights. We had a very pleasant experience and everyone there seemed totally focused to help us to make the right decision. We purchased a new Fusion Titanium with all the bells and whistles. The salesman gave us a complete explanation of all the functions, even though it took a lot of time. Overall, we were very happy with both the salesman and the dealership.

I am shopping for a new vehicle and decided to give Ford a try. I was able to take a test drive on the vehicles that I was considering. Suburban has a good selection in their inventory and their sales people are knowledgeable with their vehicles. They also have their own printed brochures that were helpful in coming up to speed on the options that were available on a particular model.

Great sales team and selection. My wife and I had a great experience at Suburban Ford. They worked with us on our trade ins and we were so happy we ended up buying two cars. The only thing that could have beem a little better is if the process was a little faster. Overall we were very happy amd would buy anotjer vehicle there.

This is my third lease through suburban ford and as usual a great experience all around.

Love my new F-150. The power of the ecoboost v6 is impressive. The whole purchase experience & quality of the truck made my first new Ford purchase in 24 years left me wondering: "why did I wait this long"!

I purchased an older Corvette from Suburban. The buying experience was fine and, although there were some minor problems with the car (as I mentioned, it's older) that weren't communicated prior to the 250+ mile drive to see it, we were able to arrive at a price that I was satisfied with and we drove it home. Brandan made us feel welcome and made the overall experience a positive. I would shop them again if I was looking for a car.
