Jarod is AMAZING! My son was purchasing his first vehicle with financing. It can be an intimidating experience if you've never purchased/financed a vehicle before. I went for moral support and guidance. That being said, Jarod was so very clear in explaining the entire process to my son, I really didn't need to be there. I have met many salespeople in my life, many very good but I have never met anyone in sales with as much genuine passion for assisting others as Jarod has. I also want to mention how great Alan, in finance, was. He worked very hard to make sure my son was able to get reasonable financing in no time at all. This experience with Jarod and Alan, has restored my trust and confidence when buying a used vehicle. I purchased my 2016 Jeep Compass in April. I brought my vehicle to this dealership on Tuesday August 12th for it's first maintenance (Oil Change, Tire Rotation, etc.). The service representative Markel Powell was very accommodating and professional. He escorted me to the customer waiting area where I sat down/relaxed, had a cup of coffee, and watched a little TV! Mr. Powell returned later (not very long), to inform me that my vehicle had been serviced and was ready. To my surprise, Mr. Powell had my vehicle washed too!
