Great place but not much inventory.

Great place but not much inventory. My sister and I came looking to finance 2 cars. Toubee greeted us and was great from the start, trying to accommodate our request, answered all questions, tried to find something that could fit our budget. Was not pushing at all unlike other dealerships. Unfortunately, we didn’t find anything suitable to our needs but he tried his best.

We had a great experience! We were hesitant after hearing negative reviews from other dealerships since we were coming from the other side of the state. They were great with communication, held the car and had it ready for us. No issues and very friendly.

A perfect experience.

A perfect experience. Amazing working with Lazer and Darius. I called multiple dealers in the area and nobody even tried to beat their lease price. In and out in 2 hours. Didn't try to upsell anything a single time. Did exactly what they said they would do, every number checked out.

BUYER BEWARE

Do not buy a vehicle from this place!! I just bought a 2021 Nissan Sentra with 28,000 miles on it . the manager there Joe who Not only was extremely antagonistic he did not honor anything that he said he would. didn't take accountability has no integrity at all was very condescending and passive aggressive. In the 3 weeks ive had the car it has left me broken dwn on the highway twice, my transmission seized up, multiple other issues that are extremely unsafe have occurred.the dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree and says warning system malfunction and that's when the car dies and the transmission won't shift. On top of that my driver door will not lock unless you manually push the lock to the lock position and because of that I have to crawl over my passenger seat to unlock my driver door if I want to lock my car when leaving it. After bringing all this to Joe's attention he told me to bring the car in, which scheduling it was an absolute nightmare, he gives you the run around and makes appointments for you to come in and then doesn't remember making them or write it down and then accuses you of not having the right day . doesn't take accountability at all very unprofessional, he told me to bring it on up we'll take care of it. The issues were not anything I caused. The car was there before 11:00 a.m. they took it in the back it was there for over 6 hours and in that time I'm thinking that it's getting fixed. Oh no. All they did was slap brake pads on it and grind down a rotor when he specifically told me he was replacing the rotors and the brakes and half-assed that as well. 6 and 1/2 hours I was up there when it was a 15 minute fix they did. He deliberately gave me the runaround lied to me sold me a lemon for $22,000 cash up front I paid in I did not and would not have spent that much money just to turn around and have to put a couple thousand back into the car. Buyer beware if you see this dealership keep on driving

last visit was on 11/22 and always ask them to check my

last visit was on 11/22 and always ask them to check my brakes even they charge me $50.00 to check my brakes and always saying every thing is normal . this Monday 05/15/23 i was visiting to check noise coming from under my car that is about 5 moths after the last visit on 11/22 he came with shock words i have to change back my rotors and pads . I told him last 6 visits i asked to check my brakes and now you coming to tell me that . Now those people no one should trust them any more.

Louis, Upon reviewing your account, there was never a $50 charge for inspecting brakes as they are checked every time as part of our complimentary Multi-Point Inspection. Your brake inspection passed in November of 2022, however, in the 6 months that have passed, the brakes were recommended to be replaced. Long story short, after making an appointment to see a car they had for sale the following day, and confirming the time I’d arrive at the dealership a few hours prior to arriving on the day of, arrived for my appointment to be told the car had sold free day before. I forgot to mention…we live in Chicago so had drove 4+ hours. Really nothing else I can say without getting upset all over again.
