Terrible neighbkrs.
I live near the used car lot and put up with a host of issues. Since they bought and remodeled the place there has been a rotting pile of garbage (which we have addressed with the manager) that is STILL sitting next to the dumpster, for roughly 5 months. Their employees park up and down our street and walk back and forth in front our houses smoking and talking loudly at all hours of the day into the evening (we have single lane driveways and count on street parking). They set off car alarms and are very inconsiderate. They obviously don not care even slightly about the community in which they reside, so why would they care about their customers? I will avoid like he plague.

First of all , We do care at the dealership about our neighbors. The pile of garbage you are referring to is construction materials. I agree with you it looks like garbage, I contacted the construction company immediately after talking to you a couple weeks ago and told them to clean it up. I have contacted them again today, and told them they have upset the neighbors and dropped the ball. I assure you they will be out to clean up the mess right away. A great Dealership with great seals people
My seals person was Mr. Kamin Davis He showed me every curtsey to ensure that I would have a memorable experience. He was knowledgeable and supportive assisting me in choosing the right car for all my needs, and enjoyment. I couldn?t have asked for a better sales person. A side from that all of the other customer services personal were kind and courteous as well. All in all the Ferndale Ford Dealership would be the place to buy a car.

Warrant
My moms 2010 Dodge Journeys car rear differential broke. Her car was in shop for 3 months January 27 until April and they did not honor her warranty but it was covered, because the repair shop they set her to put a donut tire her car " that's what made it brake the some bull why put a donut tire in a car if your give a excuse like that, for 3 months she had to rent cars asking her kids to help her because she's on a fixed income. Her car still broke.

Maintenance
Staff was pleasant, professional and efficient. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. I was informed of all services needed and was kept abreast of the progression of the services and approximate wait time.

Didn't perform scheduled work
I scheduled an appointment to address a long over due warranty issue with my Ford Sync and a recall using their on-line appointment setting app. I called the dealership 3 days prior to the appointment to confirm we were set to complete both services and that parts were on hand. The person identified as my service manager on the appointment verification email I received apparently no-longer works at the dealership and they haven't updated the tool but another service adviser assured me everything was set. I dropped the vehicle off the day of the appointment and was asked to wait in the very nice lobby/waiting area for a ride back to my home. That service was requested during the appointment set up and very much appreciated but they forgot about me and and I ended up waiting an hour for a ride. They also forgot to transfer the notes from the appointment to the write-up so the Ford Sync repair was never completed. I was told I could leave it over the weekend and they would take a look at it Monday but would likely require me to pay for the troubleshooting and tear down if required to replace the defective part. The vehicle is also in dire need a blades and brakes but neither was detected during the dealerships "thorough inspection" that specifically states it includes both. They did run the vehicle through the wash (I do appreciate the effort) but waited to do it until after I had already dealt with service and the cashier, further delaying my departure and didn't bother to dry it.

Crap credit and still drove off in a car!
Don't know how they did it but they managed to finance us a car with our below average credir, just luke their website said. Mr. Poole was friendly and didn't do the typical saleman hounding of the customer. He helped us find a car in our budget that met our needs. I highly recommend going to see Mr. Poole for your next car purchase.

Excellent service.
My name is Joshua Trezil. I went to Suburban Ford two years ago to lease my first car. I took both my parents with me the first time just to be safe and make sure that I wasn't taken advantage of. Turns out that was not necessary. When we arrived we originally tried to get me into a used car and were greeted by Kamin Davis. He showed us a few cars and let me test drive one of them. Unfortunately I was unable to finance the used car. That didn't stop Kamin from doing what he needed to help me find a car that was right for me. He proceeded to tell me how a lease would likely be easier and would help build credit for future visit. Boom! With the help of my Mom I was in a 2015 Ford fusion lease. Kamin kept in touch via email to make sure I was enjoying my vehicle. I really appreciated that because it showed that he really wanted to make sure I was in the car that was right for me. Fast forward a year and a half. My lease was coming to a close and I receive an email from my friend Sara Force telling me she is working at my dealership now. She was emailing me to let me know of the early turn in special they were running for leases. I emailed her back saying it couldn't hurt to come up and see if I can get in no money down this time. I email her when I will be coming up and she informs Kamin. When I arrive it's like Kamin and I were just talking yesterday. He understood that I was more seasoned this time and that I wanted a Escape. He begins to run the numbers with a finance manager for me and comes back with some great options for me. JUST ME! Just like he had said my credit had been built up enough for me to no longer need a cosigner. I personally would recommend everyone I know go visit Kamin. He doesn't treat you like a sale, and if it's your first time working with a dealer he does everything he can to make sure that you are informed.

Love this Dealership
