Excellent, friendly, professional and very helpful.

Dennis Lietz, Kevin Maples and Nipa Rahman all worked hard to help me find a vehicle and financing that work for me. I was very pleased with the attentive, profesional service that I was provided and very pleased with my car. Also because the selection of vehicles was great, I will be back for my next vehicle. Salesman Darin Fogle was outstanding in all aspects of the process. After explaining my needs/wants in a new vehicle, he made sure that I got exactly what I asked for. I am very pleased with the car buying experience.

Poor Salesmanship.

Sent an inquiry to this dealership for vehicle. Made contact with sales and had a down payment amount, just needed to do paperwork. Could not get ahold of anyone for two days, when I do, "Sorry, the vehicle has been sold" and the sales rep didn't have enough heart to call me. I guess sales doesn't care about the dealerships image.

Buyer

My husband and I were shopping for a specific truck, we had seen online that they had had two of them in stock that I made a point and appointment to see both of them on a Saturday. However prior to our departure because we were in another state they had sold one of the trucks , My husband and I still decided to go and purchase the truck they had left the pictures on the Internet sure the truck was in very good shape the dealer let us to believe that it was in very good shape. Upon arrival we got to the dealership before it opened and found and back of the truck was in a lot worse shape than what we were expecting him for the amount of money that they wanted for the truck it should've been perfect I feel that we drove 4 1/2 hours under false pretense is and I was wondering why they have wanted us to get in and out of there they said I will have you in and out in an hour obviously there are reasons for that . I would not recommend this dealership and certainly don't drive a long amount of time to get there I'll be at the view anything they have to choose because clearly it's in worse shape than what it states . After looking back the pictures were all taken at angles nothing was close up and obviously there were reasons for that.

Referred to Anthony Charles by Friend...

Last summer, I was referred to Anthony by a friend and looked at one car with him. Explained my preferred payment amount and purchase price to him with the condition that if they could not get the car to fit, I would not be buying. Anthony and his finance dept. ran the numbers, and they were coming back higher than I could tolerate. Rather than push the sale, he was honest and upfront and we agreed to meet again someday for something that would fit. A couple of weeks later, I saw another car online that might work, and Anthony put the deal together on my conditions. Drove down on lunch hour, traded in my old car, and drove out in the newer one in 90 minutes. Class act start to finish. Would not hesitate to call him for the next one.

MONA E. - THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER

From the moment I made my first phone call inquiry with Dayna to the time I drove off the lot, the staff was great. My saleman Dennis Lietz was attentive to all my needs. My needs were very specific and I had to have exactly what I requested due to my family size. He had the vehicle ready to show and test drive. He took his time explaining all financing options and with the help of Kevin Maples, I was soon on the road. After a week long search, my vehicle had found me!!!

Great and Easy Experience

I sent an email inquiry on the car I had been looking at online for a little over 2 weeks. The following morning I had been contacted by Dennis Lietz . He was very helpful and friendly which actually made me come into the dealership later that afternoon to test drive the car. I came back the following day to get the car. Dennis was the perfect salesman as he didn't seem pushy and wasn't trying to force me into anything. He explained the process and made me feel at ease the whole time. I love my car, Thanks Dennis.
