Subaru Is Love For A Reason!

Very nice new facilities .Employees all friendly and helpful. While waiting for repairs to be finished, my service consultant kept me informed as to what was happening and that I was comfortable .

Oil change

I did not have to wait for an inordinate amount of time to have this service completed thanks to Mike Jankowski. I really appreciated his helpful attitude in making my visit pleasant. Don.

For the 1st time, I'm back for the 2nd time!

I tend to lease a new & different vehicle each time I renew. However, for the 1st time, I decided to lease the Subaru Forester again. The Subaru Forester was an excellent vehicle, especially in the Winter months. I get great gas mileage on my commute to work too (unlike most SUV's). And for a small SUV, there is a lot of room inside (never have to slide up the front seats to make room for passengers in the back). I also can't say enough about working with my salesperson Brian Plauman. Honestly, best person I've worked with so far, and I've leased a lot of vehicles over the years. Friendly guy, knows his stuff, and wants to be sure you (as the customer) are happy with your vehicle.

Exceptional service!

I had a tire rotation and an oil change. Everybody were so friendly and they did it so fast. I also love the coffee and snacks at the waiting area.

My Subaru--2012 with 90,000 miles.

I purchased and have done all my service at Troy Subaru. The service has been a WONDERFUL experience each time. This is my first Subaru but I am customer for life. Car and service is outstanding. Excellent. LOVE my Subaru!

Great Buying Experience, Great Car

My car buying experience with Suburban Subaru was about as good as it gets. My salesman, Michal Zientara was knowledgeable and patient as I slowly went through the decision making process. He went to great lengths to find the exact car I wanted, answered all of my questions, and was very friendly and professional throughout the transaction. I would recommend this dealership and Michal Zientara, in particular. But most importantly, I would recommend the purchase of a Subaru vehicle. I am very happy with my Legacy.
