I rarely leave negative reviews, but after the past two weeks I feel I have no choice. I leased a Kia Carnival from Calavan Kia around 18 months ago because I have a family of six. Unfortunately, the vehicle developed a fault and has now been in the dealership's service department for over two weeks with no clear timeline for when it will be repaired. What has been most frustrating is the lack of a suitable loaner vehicle. I was given a five-seat car, despite the dealership knowing full well that the vehicle they're repairing is a six-plus passenger family vehicle. As a result, my family has effectively been stranded over the July 4 weekend and during two weeks of our children's summer break. We have had to cancel family outings because we simply cannot all fit in the replacement vehicle. I've repeatedly asked for a larger loaner—I'm not asking for anything luxurious, just something that accommodates my family—but those requests have gone nowhere. Cars develop faults, and I understand that. What defines a dealership is how they look after customers when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen well below the standard I expected when leasing a new family vehicle. I'm hoping someone in dealership management or ownership sees this review and reaches out. This situation is still fixable. Providing an appropriate loaner and communicating a realistic repair timeline would go a long way toward restoring my confidence in Calavan Kia.

My salesman Jerkevion aka Curly delivered exactly what he said he could do. I had a low credit score but I was approved with a $1000 dollar down payment. This dealership finance team was able to get me a vehicle of my choice with low mileage. Miracles were made! I definitely will recommend Calavan Dodge and Kia in Lithia Springs GA!!
