I had great customer service at Honda of Nanuet. I helped right away and taken care of in ample amount of time. They finished my car in the allotted time that they told me.

Luv my Honda
I love this dealership. Very friendly people and they always find the time to fit you in for any type of service. I travel all the way from White Plains NY to come here after having several bad experiences at White Plains Honda (where I purchased my car) and Tarrytown Honda and believe me the 20 minute drive is well worth my toll, gas and time!

Help When You Need It
Joe Sanservino was a friendly, thorough and helpful Service Rep. He was extremely busy but treated each customer with courtesy and patience. He and staff fixed my problem and handled my special requests.

Battery Change
I had went to the Yonkers Honda service on Yonkers Ave and I had spoken to someone there who wasn't professional and not to mention he wanted to charge way more for the battery change as well as let me wait 3 hrs for the change. I went to Nanuet Honda and I was told that the change would take only 45 mins even though they had several customers waiting and also the cost was cheaper. They showed professionalism..Richard was awesome so is Tom the manager. The waiting area was clean. I would recommend Nanuet Honda, NY.

Very very good and convenient
I get to drop off my car and they gave me a rental car to get back home at no charge to me. That was very convenient for me because I have to go to work that day. Mike is the person who took care of me. Mike laterra you are the best.

This was my 3rd vehicle leased/purchased from Honda of Nanuet. Cole my salesman and Darren went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. The level of excellent customer service and knowledge has kept me coming back to this dealership. I have just leased my second CRV, and purchased my son a used car 6 months ago. My experience with the used car sales team was fabulous. They found us the perfect fit for my sons first car. Darren made a life long customer by servicing my family completely. I chose to give this dealership my business because of the wonderful staff. I can buy a Honda anywhere but I will always chose DCH Honda of Nanuet
