First-time buyer, best decision made!

Buying a car can be a rough time. Especially when it's your first time and on a budget. Up until this point, dealing with various salespersons and dealerships have been more misleading and stressful than anything. Not these guys. I was treated like first class and supported through every step of the process. They even continued business dialogue with me well past closing time when they didn't have to just to make sure I had the best experience ever. I'm definitely buying my next car here when I'm ready. Special mentions to Mr. Forteza and Mr. Klein. Thanks, DCH!

Great repair job

I had an electrical issue - rear signal light burned out, and your technicians troubleshot the issue. It required sending away for a 'wire collar', in Ohio. My customer service rep, Lisa, did a terrific job of communicating with me, and moving heaven and earth to get me the part as quickly as possible. She was very responsive and the whole situation worked out great, in short order. Great work, Lisa, and the technician who made the repair@

Friendly, Fast, Caring

Great job with serving my car. Why does it cost so much more for parts at Honda and can get them so much cheaper at a parts store.

Fast, Friendly and Great Service

I was helped right away. Very friendly and informative. The service department was excellent. Received a call about the problems very quickly as well as fixing the problem . The service rep was great!!!

Excellent service that needs to go just a

I've purchased two cars from this dealer and chose to continue the relationship with service. Since I usually wait for the small services I have done (like oil changes), I'd like to have slightly more comfortable chairs in the waiting area, and more tables or desks.

Oil Change

The overall service was great. The only downside was that it took a lot longer than I anticipated as it appeared that there weren't that many folks getting their vehicle serviced.
