Recall for airbags ..they did their job well. I had no problems. They were courteous and knowledgeable.

help when needed

thanks for squeezing me in - i was traveling and the repair light came on - you let me come in to get the oil changed on an emergency basis... i was in the midst of a long trip and just happened to be near enough to you to call - you served my car for a long time when I lived in Rockland - you took care of it again, even though I live way down south now. Great accommodations and friendliness. Dave is a great guy who spent plenty of time with us. He was there to answer and question and we did not feel rushed at all.

$200 add on for Nitrogen in Tires? and Worse

Killed over 2 hours this Sunday trying to get a salesman to come up with a price on a loaded CRV. We negotiated a price and then he wrote up a PO for 2K more, then slammed 200 for the Nitrogen tires in top. Hint - air is free. We walked out after major fatigue. I should have left after an hour, but I could really use a new car. Salesmen had no idea what his inventory was. I asked him why his website showed more cars and he did not know. Hours are supposed to be 11-4, but at 11:15 the doors were still locked.

Excellent service since 2010 when I bought my Accord Coupe.

The entire experience is always consistently efficient & friendly. The longest time I've spent waiting is 1 hour 30 mins and everyone is very accomodating & knowledgeable. I have just paid off my Honda & I intend to keep driving it for 20 more years! I'm confident that my Accord will serve me well into my retirement in future years & then some. In my estimation, the only great driving experience is with a Honda engine & putting it through its paces.

great serivce

Dom Garretson is the GREATEST service manager @DCH Honda. He knows what needs to be done and will tell you what will be done. What's great is he gives you the heads up on what will need to be done down the road. I have 5 Hondas and I will only let him handle my cars.
