Honest

Having been to other Honda dealerships in NJ & having an older Honda I have sometimes felt taken advantage of. Thanks to Dominick Garretson's honesty & knowledge I now feel comfortable bringing my car in for service and reapairs.

Excellent Service

I own a 2012 CRV and have been taking it to the dealer for service and repairs since we purchased it there. Because we were new to the dealership and the area, we didn't have a specific service advisor. We were randomly put in Dominick's care for our first oil change, and a recall. We were very pleased with his professionalism and the overall service by the technicians. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. So much so, that now when we need any service or repairs, we call first to make sure he is in.

Great service!

I went for an oil change & to check something on my Honda CR-V and was very happy with the entire experience. Joe Sanseverino was my service person and he was great.

Always a pleasure to deal with Dan D'Angelo!

I have bought all my Hondas through Dan D'Angelo. He is always pleasant and makes everything go smoothly. I will continue to go back and see Dan again just because he makes it easy and hassle free!

Purchase of Honda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle

I recently purchased a pre-owned Honda Odyssey from DCH (Salesperson: Gerardo Martinez). Jerry was very helpful, and made the entire process, from beginning to end, run very smooth. Awesome great customer service

I own a 2009 Honda pilot and I've been coming to Dominick Garretson to take care of my care ever since I purchased it. He is a very honest and professional man which makes me feel comfortable as a customer. He is very friendly and his friendliness and patience makes me feel like he actually cares about his customers. I've been there several times and every time I go, Dominick always makes sure I leave satisfied. I will definitely and already do recommend all my friends and family members to go to Dominick. I was really upset when I first found out that Dominick was leaving, I was willing to drive to wherever he was to service my car because that's how great he is!!! But now I'm glad he is back!!! By far the best customer service experience!!!

Dominick is the best

I purchased my Honda in 2007. From the first time I dealt with Dominick, he was a pleasure. He is the reason why I come back to the dealership to get serviced. Dominick is very honest and helpful. He is very patient as well. He makes sure you are well taken care of. I had heard Dominick left and when I came in and seen him there I was so excited. I thought I had to look for somewhere else to take my car after all these years. I am truly a satisfied with my experience at Honda.

great salespeople

I had a great experience with one of the salespeople, Dan D'Angelo. He was knowledgeable and made the process as enjoyable as possible. Great Service...without a doubt!

I purchased a 2006 HONDA Pilot from Honda of Nanuet and have been fortunate to have met Dominick Garretson. Over the years, when I go to this dealer, and see Dominick's face, I know I'm in capable hands! Time and time again Dominick has proven to be trustworthy and honest - qualities not always evident in his position -- and I always feel more comfortable knowing he's there. I work in New Jersey and time and traveling are always a concern for me. Any time I call, Dom is always reassuring that he will do his best to get whatever needs to be done in a timely manner and I've never been disappointed! He is very knowledgeable and empathetic to the my concerns and will always take the time to explain to me exactly what needs to be done and the cost so there are never any surprises. I've always had the feeling, from day one, that Dom was treating me...and the customers...the way he would like to be treated when receiving service. He is an exceptional professional and it is his service that makes me want to go back to this dealer -- besides I know I will never find his kind of service anywhere. Nick

Excellent service, service personnel ( Dominick Garretson ) was giving an excellent personal advice about vehicle maintenance and state inspections. I services all my 3 vehicles here at honda of Nanuet because I'm highly satisfied with their service., especially Dominick Garretson. I'm glad that he's back!!!
