Johnstons Toyota was wonderful. Stuck out of state while traveling, Blair and the service dept took us in (without an appt), diagnosed our problems and got us quickly back on the road. Our experience would only have been better if they had free coffee - wait the did have free coffee. Thank you Johnstons

I had hybrid malfunction in my Rav 4 so I called the dealer right away and Carlos took me in same day and checked it. It was smooth and didn’t pay a dime because I still have the warranty. He even had the rental car ready for me when he told me they need to keep it for few days to get it checked thoroughly what’s wrong with it. Kudos to the whole team especially Carlos he’s an awesome guy! Thank you all

I took my RAV4 in for scheduled maintenance, Judy was fantastic, got me out in record time !!! Have been going to Johnstown’s for over 20 years, absolutely will continue !!! Judy also answered a technical question that I had !!!Very knowledgeable !!
