First timer at this dealership! In a word it was an extremely fantastic experience for me! The service department was phenomenal led by Stephen. Also the sales department and manager David were quite accommodating. Definitely going to see me in the near future.

I needed to buy a car, but didnt want to spend a lot of time or money. An hour before closing I walked in a met Madison, Sales person at Johnstons. In 30 mins she had me looking at a car I was interested in. 30 mins later, we agrreed on a price that was fair. At the end of the hour I was otw home. Great Job Madison and Johnston Toyota!!

I had my maintenance done on my car. And I made an appointment for other work that needs to be done. They gave me a list and prices. All was good and the prices were within the scope of pricing. My maintenance was done in reasonable time. I am very happy with the service, and with the people there. Nice, polite, and they explained everything.

The buying experience exceeded my expectations. My search began on line leading to my call to see the vehicle. Marc has just the right demeanor answering questions and adding useful information. He is very well versed and instilled confidence that Johnstons is a reliable place to buy a car. I don’t remember the last time I thought this. Marc is an outstanding representative for Johnstons.

While in the area, I decided to stop into Johnstons Toyota to inquire about a brand new Toyota Tundra. I was greeted with friendly faces and assisted by Madison as my salesperson. Madison provided me with options based on my needs in a truck and did not try to pressure me into a product I wouldn’t be interested in. Madison was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota pickup trucks and pickup truck industry as a whole.
