Johnstons Toyota made my shopping experience easy. Marc Binford was my sales consultant and I would recommend him to anybody looking for a new car. I am not knowledgeable with cars and he was patient and so helpful in helping me decide which car fit my lifestyle and needs. I test drove different vehicles before making my decision. Marc helped me through the process and I love my new Toyota corolla Cross. I’m sure my Toyota will last a very long time but I will return in the future and hopefully Marc will still be there. Very un happy with customer service I bought a 2021 rav which was certified took off brake pads and sanded down the rotors and put back the used pads they would not put on new rotors or pads also very bad customer service
