I was traveling when my car suddenly became underivable. I was towed to Johnstons Toyota where they got me in quickly. They kept me informed of the problem, the fix and their progress. I was back on the road after an hour or so. I really appreciated the great service.

Staff is polite, attentive, and keep you informed thru out the entire service visit, personally or via phone, until service is complete. In my recent visit Stephen Keaton was a pleasure to deal with as is most of Johnstons Toyotas staff.

Everybody was friendly, very helpful through the whole process. It was a recall I went for wasn’t sure about any of it helped me understand they found a problem that I was not even notified about in any way. We’re so glad they were able to take care of it that day for me and I’d have to make me come back because I live in Pennsylvania and I would have to make another trip all the way back. I appreciate all that they did. I hardly recommend them.

Had my CamryXSE IN FOR IT’s third complementary service which took 90 minutes. The waiting area was okay but no TV. They do give me a car wash voucher but my last dealer, Kia, washed the car for you.

You folks have been great - I have issues with the Regional Office - and the recall system - My vehicle has no brake lights or blinker on my right rear - which is a major SAFETY ISSUE - other than wanting 890 $ for a blonker repair thats been recalled - you guy have been great - Dave is aware of the issue - and I hope it gets fixed before - the rymth perjoratively gets solved - standing in the northern hemisphere looking south - if the sky was the face of a clock - the sun moves in what direction ? Fix my lights I’ll tell you the answer!
