He was a professional through and through. Everything while working with him was seamless. He was knowledgeable and not overbearing as some dealers have been in past encounters. Luis was very thorough when going over all the paper work for the financing. Even the store manager stopped by to check in. Overall this was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had.
