⭐☆☆☆☆ ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE — THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE I leased my 2023 Jeep Wrangler from Annunziata Group- Warwick Jeep Dodge Ram in 2022, and within the first year the hardtop started leaking. Almost two years later, after bringing it back six different times and letting them keep it for weeks at a time, it still leaks. I’ve shown them many, many videos of it leaking. They’ve had every chance to make it right — but they just don’t care. The service department is a complete mess. They never return calls, and when they do, it’s always empty promises and excuses. The service manager, Dan Wilkin, will lie straight to your face, and the owner, Justin Annunziata, refuses to speak to customers directly. Not even sure if he’s the owner that’s what I was told. Was also told Gilberto Rosario was a salesman later found out he’s the finance manager who also is very dishonest and still never got back to me. Everyone hides when it’s time to take responsibility. To make matters worse, every time my Jeep is picked up from service, it’s left dirty, carpet soaked under the weather mats, with new scratches, and my dash cam unplugged and removed from the windshield. Strange to unplug the dash cam if you’re being honest! It’s completely unprofessional and makes me question what’s really happening while the vehicle is in their care. The parts department is a nightmare, they all need to educate themselves was told my sun-rider top was aftermarket when I bought it from them!!! This dealership is unprofessional, dishonest, and completely unreliable. They act like once they’ve got your money, you’re no longer their problem. After nearly two years of patience, it’s clear they’re just hoping I’ll give up and go away. I wouldn’t trust this place to change the oil in a lawn mower, let alone service a Jeep. Do not waste your time, money, or sanity here. Go to a dealership that actually values its customers and stands behind its work.

really gave them the benefit of the doubt.

really gave them the benefit of the doubt. We really really thought they would do the right thing. I think they tried. But either the service department is xxxx. Or they really just don't care what they are selling. I don't care anymore at this point. We purchased a 2014 jeep patriot at a 9.4 interest rate from Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Warwick it was in the shop 5 times within the first 8 weeks of having it. This car has been sold twice and bought back by them in 4 months. We simply could not continue worrying if this car was gonna even start. They offered a pretty decent trade in for a 2017 jeep cherokee with a terrible interest rate of 12.5% We drove this car 7 miles and barely made it home bc the car wouldn't go over 20 mph. Check engine lights. I know..... its crazy. We ended up purchasing this cherokee, they promised swore up and down they fixed it. Signed contracts bought the car and it died on us again before we even made it home. They also called the cops on me (I was a little out of line) bc I refused to leave until I spoke to the owner. The cops let me explain everything to them, and even they said she just wants to speak to a higher up. I left, not bc the cops asked me to but because I had my 3 year old with me and I wasn't getting anywhere with the manager. His solution is to "make it all go away" and cancel the whole thing out. I'm not doing this until I speak to a higher up!!!! Do not go here!!!! The service department puts bandaids on unfixable cars and takes full advantage of extended warranties that their customers purchase

We are new parents and it was time to trade in my 2 door Jeep Wrangler for a mom mobile. We found a post lease Jeep Grand Cherokee at CJD of Warwick and J.J. could not be more helpful. He was so polite and honest, just a super honest dealership. I can see our family using this dealership again!

I have a '20 wrangler with less than 30K miles.

I have a '20 wrangler with less than 30K miles. I contacted this location in the beginning of Jan. because I knew my 3yr lease was up at the end of the month and I wanted to buy it out. Salesman told me to contact the lender for a payoff & bring it in so they can take care of the rest. I was told that my monthly payment would be $150 more per month to buy it out- way out of my price range. Salesman told us to come & see what they can do & see other options. He then called me & told me that he had a '18 Grand Cherokee with 70K miles closer to our price range. I agreed to come take a look and came in a few days later. As soon as we walked in, Salesman was pushing this Cherokee on us. I was not thrilled about the cars mileage & was overall not impressed. He asked for our lease paperwork & asked for our information to pull up our profile. My husband and I had to bring our 2 young kids with us so it was hard to focus. He got a lower price from his sales manager TWICE on this cherokee hoping Id budge. We asked about a lower price on our current vehicle to buy out- he couldn't do that. When we mentioned re-leasing he quickly changed the subject- great at his job. I did not feel comfortable. I told him we would leave and return without kids and with a clearer head after discussing it. He asked me if he threw in heated seat installation if it would be a deal. I said no, we will come back after considering it and looking at other dealers for other options. I went to another dealer, that wasnt shady but had 0 inventory. The salesman informed us extending our lease was an option- jeep never mentioned that. When I called the lender, they informed me that I had 1 YEAR LEFT on my lease- something the salesman and manager knew by pulling up my profile & reading my lease paperwork but were too concerned with taking in my highly desirable, newer wrangler with less miles and selling me an older car w/2x miles. I've only ever had 3 year leases so I had it in my head for years that it was a 3 year lease. Their intent was to take advantage of a younger, frazzled mom so they had something desirable to sell in this terrible market. Read your paperwork before coming in and trusting someone who wants to "help" you. Sneaky. Deceptive. Scammers.

Service

The informative explanation and options presented by the service manager, John, was quite reassuring. Its honesty, and his, helped me make the proper decision.
