I’ve had my vehicle since 2023, and my experience with Paragon Honda has been nothing but frustrating. They are quick to sell you service packages, but when you actually need service, getting your issues addressed becomes a hassle. I’ve reported problems before and was repeatedly told there was “nothing wrong.” On August 26, I brought my car in because the door would not lock. I was told the issue was fixed. After picking up my vehicle on August 28 and getting on the highway, multiple warning lights immediately came on, including transmission and brake warnings. I recorded everything and contacted the service department. Now I’m being told to bring the vehicle back, meaning I have to spend more money on gas and tolls and miss work because of a problem that occurred after their service. No loaner was provided. The customer service was just as disappointing. The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and I had to ask multiple times just to get basic information about my own vehicle. I have already complained to corporate. After years of dealing with this dealership, this was the final straw. I no longer feel confident bringing my vehicle here. Paragon Honda needs to seriously improve its customer service, communication, and quality of service. Customers deserve better.

Herode was very helpful when a tree fell on my previous leased car. He made the deal happen and got me a great deal for a new car. Herode was helping me every step of the way, dealing with the insurance company. An all around excllent experience. I felt like someone was by my side helping me to move on. This is my 4th lease with Paragon Honda, and you can be sure that it is not the last, thanks to Herode.

We recently purchased a car from paragon Honda and we’re very happy with the service, so when it came time for our second car of course we went back to paragon, this time we were lucky enough to have Joel as our car salesman. Joel was professional, knowledgeable, honest and very personable which made what could be a grueling process smooth and enjoyable. Anyone looking to purchase a vehicle would be fortunate to work with him. It is clear that paragon Honda takes pride and what they do, I would highly recommend.

Well.. I just purchased my all time dream car today at “Paragon Honda”, a 2004 S2000 Pristine.. and a very special piece of Honda sports car history..! Its no surprise why they are the # 1 Honda Dealer on the coast .! They also had a vast selection of new cars on the showroom floor with Custom Wraps, colors and options available as well..! “What’s that old cliches”.? Typical car salesman..? Well it was nothing close to typical..! It was probably the best car buying experience I ever had..! My salesman ( Ezequias) and the whole team at Paragon Honda played a roll in making it a great one..! The energy and synergy in that showroom floor was wild when they made me ring the bell..! LMAO.!
